La presente domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale ha per oggetto un bancale in gomma realizzato interamente con materiale originariamente destinato alla realizzazione di pneumatici, ma che, non avendo superato i controlli di qualità, risulta attualmente destinato allo smaltimento in discarica. The present patent application for industrial invention relates to a rubber pallet made entirely of material originally intended for the production of tires, but which, having not passed the quality controls, is currently destined for disposal in landfills.
Al momento esistono tre diverse tipologie di bancali e precisamente quelli realizzati in plastica o in legno o in metallo. At the moment there are three different types of pallets and precisely those made of plastic or wood or metal.

Mettendo a confronto i bancali realizzati con diversi materiale è facile comprendere che quello fatto in legno è sicuramente il più economico, ma più soggetto a rotture, mentre quello realizzato in plastica è sicuramente più costoso e resistente, ed infine quello realizzato in metallo risulta praticamente indistruttibile, a fronte però di un eccessivo peso e costo di produzione. Come tutti sanno i pneumatici sono costituiti da una carcassa interna, realizzata una lastra di gomma all’interno della quale è affogata una serie parallela di fili in acciaio armonico regolarmente intervallati. Qualora dette lastre, destinate alla realizzazione della carcassa, presentino imperfezioni e quindi non possano essere avviate al processo di vulcanizzazione per a costruzione di un pneumatico, queste attualmente vengono scartate e smaltite in discarica. Tra questi due strati esterni sono interposte le lastre di gomma contenenti fili di acciaio armonico, provenienti dalla pre-vulcanizzazione della carcassa dei pneumatici. Con particolare riferimento alla figura 1, il bancale in gomma (1) secondo il trovato è costituito da una pedana quadrangolare (2) dalla quale aggettano inferiormente nove piedi (3, 4 e 5).
