Il trovato in oggetto concerne un procedimento idoneo a permettere la conservazione delle sostanze ed alimenti deperibili mediante l’uso combinato del freddo e del vuoto allo scopo di aumentarne il periodo di conservazione soprattutto alle temperature ottenibili nei frigoriferi di uso domestico. CLAIMS 1) Process to allow the preservation of perishable substances by creating an air gap inside special compartments contained in refrigerators; 2) procedure to allow the preservation of perishable substances by creating an air gap inside special compartments contained in the freezers; 3) procedure to allow the preservation of perishable substances by creating an air vacuum inside special compartments contained in freezers; 4) procedure suitable for creating an autonomously refrigerated container, inside which an air gap is created; 5) procedure as in the previous points suitable for containing prepackaged substances; 6) procedure as in the previous points suitable for creating an air gap even within substances already packaged in special containers.
