Abstract

Procedimento per la preparazione di disperdenti solfonati idrosolubili mediante reazione tra anidride solforica e frazioni aromatiche in rapporto in peso da 0.8/1 a 1.5/1, in cui la reazione avviene mediante:1) un primo stadio di prevalente solfonazione delle frazioni aromatiche in presenza di SO2 con formazione di un prodotto prevalentemente solfonato;2) un successivo stadio di allontanamento della SO2 e riscaldamento del prodotto solfonato solido sino ad una temperatura compresa tra 70 e 110° C; entrambi gli stadi essendo condotti in condizioni di frantumazione e movimentazione del solfonato solido.
