Abstract

Procedimento per la preparazione di disperdenti solfonati idrosolubili mediante reazione tra anidride solforica e frazioni aromatiche in rapporto in peso da 0.8/1 a 1.5/1, in cui la reazione avviene mediante:1) un primo stadio di prevalente solfonazione delle frazioni aromatiche in presenza di SO2 con formazione di un prodotto prevalentemente solfonato;2) un successivo stadio di allontanamento della SO2 e riscaldamento del prodotto solfonato solido sino ad una temperatura compresa tra 70 e 110° C; entrambi gli stadi essendo condotti in condizioni di frantumazione e movimentazione del solfonato solido.Process for the preparation of water-soluble sulphonated dispersants by means of a reaction between sulfuric anhydride and aromatic fractions in a weight ratio of 0.8 / 1 to 1.5 / 1, in which the reaction takes place by: 1) a first stage of prevalent sulfonation of the aromatic fractions in the presence of SO2 with formation of a predominantly sulphonated product; 2) a subsequent stage of removal of SO2 and heating of the solid sulfonate product up to a temperature between 70 and 110 ° C; both stages being conducted in conditions of crushing and handling of the solid sulphonate.
