Abstract

E' prevista una formatura della camera (2) del contenitore disponendo una lamina (3) continua di resina sintetica termoformabile attorno ad un corpo tubolare (14), con saldatura dei lembi della lamina (2) a formare un involucro non espanso (2a) e introduzione di fluido in pressione entro l'involucro (2a) mentre questo è racchiuso entro uno stampo (11), avente una cavità (12) che definisce la forma della camera (2), attraversato dal corpo tubolare (14); lo stampo (11) chiude l'involucro (2a) mediante pressione sulla lamina (2) contro il corpo tubolare (14); successivamente si introduce il prodotto (9) nella camera (2) attraverso il corpo tubolare (14); la camera (2) viene sfilata rispetto al corpo tubolare (14) e successivamente viene chiusa la bocca (21) determinata nella camera (2) del contenitore dalla presenza del corpo tubolare (14) nello stampo (11) in fase di formatura.
