Procedimento per la produzione di elementi per mobili rivestiti con riempitivo espanso, semiespanso o sintetico, costituiti da un corpo riempitivo interno (17) rivestito con materiale nobilitante (18), utilizzati per la costruzione di parti di mobili, comprendente una fase di produzione (15) mediante stampaggio ad iniezione o mediante colata di un foglio piano (12) in materiale espanso, semiespanso o sintetico di grandi dimensioni, detto foglio piano (12) in materiale espanso, semiespanso o sintetico venendo sottoposto a sezionatura e sagomatura (14) per ottenere elementi per mobili a misura che vengono successivamente sottoposti a squadrabordatura (16) per ottenere un corpo riempitivo interno (17), detto corpo riempitivo interno (17) venendo rivestito con un materiale nobilitante (18) previa interposizione di uno strato di colla di tipo poliuretanico.Elemento per mobili nobilitato, presentante un corpo riempitivo interno (17) in materiale espanso, semiespanso o sintetico ottenuto per sezionamento da foglio piano (12) in materiale espanso, semiespanso o sintetico con una densità compresa fra 15 e 30 kg/m3.
