Abstract

Method includes dipping a medium temperature and a high temperature heating pack in a liquid so as to cause chemical reactions in releasing heat for heating food. The medium temperature heating pack is made through two manufacturing procedures. The first includes steps of: crystallising aqueous calcium chloride by heating it at 500 deg. C. for 20 minutes, then putting the crystallised calcium chloride thus obtained in a sterilised vacuum tube, then putting the vacuum packing machine and mixing the crystallised calcium chloride with quicklime (CaO(s)) in the vacuum tube at 1:2 by weight so as to form into a first mixture. The second manufacturing procedure including steps of: mixing quicklime (CaO(s)), sodium chloride (NaCl), and food grade citric acid into a second mixture, and packing the second mixture through a vacuum packing machine. The high temperature heating pack is made by dissolving sodium chloride (NaCl) in water being heated, standing the sodium chloride solution thus obtained at room temperature (25 deg. C), then adding citric acid in the sodium chloride solution and heating it to 100 deg. C., then cooling down the solution to 18-20 deg. C. through a cooling process, then heating the solution at 350-400 deg. C. so as to obtain a crystallised citrate, then cooling down the crystallised citrate at room temperature (25 deg. C) and crushing it, and then mixing the crushed crystallised citrate with said first mixture into a third mixture. The medium and high temperature heating packs are respectively packed in a respective outer covering made of a non-woven cloth.
