Abstract

Nei dispositivi tradizionali di distacco (44) una quantità di materiale trebbiato che lascia un'apparecchiatura di distacco (25) viene lanciata su un dispositivo di separazione (30) in cui la quantità di materiale si addensa nuovamente, cosa questa che si ripercuote svantaggiosamente sulla separazione dei grani dalla paglia. In un dispositivo di distacco (44) speciale è previsto un trasportatore sopratesta (46) tra l'apparecchiatura di distacco e il dispositivo di separazione (25 e 30), trasportatore che contiene un albero rotante con dischi disposti su di esso e vicini gli uni agli altri-questa configurazione tende però all'attorcigliamento. Viene proposto un dispositivo di distacco (44) con un trasportatore sopratesta (46) la cui superficie di rivestimento è sostanzialmente chiusa. Tali dispositivi di distacco (44) trovano preferibilmente impiego nelle mietitrebbiatrici.
