Abstract

La presente invenzione riguarda composizioni farmaceutiche solide, preferibilmente capsule di gelatina morbida, comprendenti un ingrediente attivo sensibile alla luce che facoltativamente è scarsamente solubile in acqua, preferibilmente nifedipina /4-(2'-nitrofenil)-2,6-dimetil-3,5-dimetossicarbonil-1,4-diidropiridina/ assieme con convenzionali veicoli e/o agenti ausiliari, in cui detta composizione incorpora un colorante vegetale. Inoltre la presente invenzione riguarda la preparazione di tali composizioni. L'incorporamento di un colorante vegetale nella carica della capsula e facoltativamente nella parete della capsula assicura una protezione alla luce affidabile durante le operazioni di produzione e riempimento e migliora la solubilità della nifedipina in certi veicoli.
