Abstract
Un catalizzatore superacido, ossido metallico solfatato, viene ottenuto mediante un procedimento comprendente:(i) l'idrolisi di un composto idrosolubile e idrolizzabile in ambiente acquoso-alcalino di zirconio, afnio o titanio tetravalenti, per precipitare un ossido idrato gelatinoso;(ii) l'essiccamento del gel ad una temperatura da 150 a 300°C, per ottenere un supporto di catalizzatore;(iii) l'impregnazione del supporto mediante un agente solfatante scelto tra acido solforico acquoso o soluzione acquosa di un sale solfato;(iv) l'essiccamento del supporto impregnato e la sua calcinazione in ambiente ossidante ad una temperatura da 400 a 700°C.Secondo una forma particolare di attuazione, il supporto ottenuto nello stadio (iii) viene trattato con un composto di metallo nobile, prima della calcinazione finale.
