Abstract
La presente invenzione riguarda un metodo semplice e riproducibile per ottenere anticorpi policlonali specifici per irudina ed isoforme e proteine irudino-simili ad attività antitrombinica, derivate da diverse specie di sanguisuga.Oggetto dell'invenzione è un metodo per rendere immunogeniche le irudine di cui sopra mediante polimerizzazione, e le irudine immunogeniche così ottenute.L'invenzione prevede quindi l'immunizzazione di un animale sperimentale con le suddette irudine immunogeniche, la purificazione delle IgG dal siero, e il loro utilizzo nello sviluppo di metodiche immunologiche per la identificazione, la purificazione, e la determinazione quantitativa delle suddette irudine, ad esempio nei liquidi biologici.
