Abstract

In un procedimento per manipolare strati di finitura nella composizione e nel trasporto di tavole di legno massiccio costituite da più strati, gli strati di finitura (1) vengono pressati, dopo l'uscita dalla macchina (4) che applica la colla fino al prelievo da parte del carrello di trasporto sotto vuoto (6), mentre rotolano sulla pista di rotolamento a dischi (2) e nella stazione di collocamento (22), dalla deposizione sul substrato fino alla sovrapposizione della lamiera di copertura (15), vengono mantenuti pressati in corrispondenza di svariati punti piano-parallelamente sul substrato. Nel dispositivo per l'attuazione del procedimento una seconda pista di rotolamento a dischi (5) è disposta sopra la prima (2) e può essere sollevata ed abbassata, in qualità di premi-strato rotolante per gli strati di finitura (1), negli spazi liberi (8) tra i carrelli di trasporto sotto vuoto (6), mentre nella stazione di collocamento (22) sono previsti due premi-strato a pressione lineare (14 e 18) che di per sé possono essere portati lateralmente negli spazi liberi (8) tra i carrelli di trasporto sotto vuoto (6) e qui possono essere sollevati ed abbassati.
