1292572 Flavouring UNILEVER Ltd 19 April 1971 [24 Feb 1970] 22348/71 Heading A2B [Also in Division C2] The flavour of food products is improved by incorporating therein 4-cis-decenal and/or a precursor thereof, for example in the form of a liquid or solid concentrate together with other flavouring agents, besides one or more C 11-17 aldehydes having 2-4 double bonds, and/or precursors thereof. In particular improved chicken flavours are obtained.
