Abstract

1,213,108. Watering plants. V. C. HANSEN. 9 June, 1969 [26 June, 1968], No. 29124/69. Headings AID and A1E. A sprinkler system for use in a greenhouse or in the open comprises a plurality of nozzles fed from a common plastics supply line. The supply pipe 2 is attached to a wire 1 by clamps 3 and fed through a T-piece 4. Each nozzle 6 is attached to a second wire 5 and fed by a narrow bore pipe 7. The nozzles may be of the turbine type with arms (9), Fig. 2 (not shown), and body (12). An upwardly slanting slot (10) is provided to attach the nozzles to wire 5. The nozzles are maintained in a vertical position by balance weights (11). [GB1213108A]
