Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás emberi szervezet relaxálására, közérze-tének javítására, ellenállóképességének fokozására, stresszesállapotának enyhítésére, hangulatának javítására, valamint a vér- ésnyirokkeringés kiegyensúlyozására. Az eljárás során a kezelt személytkényelmes ülő és/vagy fekvő helyzetbe hozzák és legalább 100, delegfeljebb 400 Lux intenzitású fénnyel besugározzák és a fénykezeléstlegalább 20 percig végzik, a fénykezelés teljes időtartama során cm2-ként legalább 4 J, de előnyösen legalább 10 J energiát közölnek akezelt személlyel, továbbá a fénykezeléssel egyidejűleg hangkezeléstalkalmaznak, amelynek erőssége legalább 30 dB, de legfeljebb 80 dB. Azelrendezés változtatható spektrumú polarizált fényt kibocsátó, fekvő-és/vagy ülőalkalmatosságra irányított világító szerkezetet tartalmaz,amelyhez színbeállító egység (8) csatlakozik, továbbá hangszórót (5),amely hangosító berendezéshez (9) csatlakozik.
