Abstract
A találmány (I) általános képletű vegyületekre, optikai izomerjeikreés gyógyászatilag elfogadható savval vagy bázissal alkotott addícióssóikra vonatkozik, ahol R1, R, R3, R4, R5, R6 és R8 jelentéseegymástól függetlenül, azonosan vagy különbözően hidrogénatom, alkil-,aralkil-, hidroxil-, alkoxi-, aralkoxi-, aciloxi-, arilkarboniloxi-,karbonil-(1-6 szénatomos alkil)- vagy karboxilcsoport; R7 jelentésehidrogénatom, hidroxil-, alkoxi-, egyenes vagy elágazó láncú aril-(1-6szénatomos alkoxi)-, aciloxi- vagy arilkarboniloxi-csoport, vagy R1 -R8 közül valamelyik csoport egy másik szomszédos R1 - R8 csoporttalegyütt 1-2 szénatomos alkiléndioxi-csoportot alkot, azzal afeltétellel, hogy - az R1 - R8 csoportok közül legalább az egyikjelentése hidroxil-, alkoxi-, aciloxi- vagy arilkarboniloxicsoport, éshogy - az (I) általános képletű vegyületek eltérnek az 1,3-dimetoxi-6H-izoindolo[2,1-a]indol-6-ontól. A találmány a vegyületekelőállítására szolgáló eljárást és a vegyületeket tartalmazógyógyszerészeti készítményeket is magában foglalja. A találmányszerinti vegyületek a melatoninerg rendszer zavarainak kezelésérealkalmazhatók. Ó
