A találmány új kamptotecin-analógokra és különösen a (+)-5-etil-9,10-difluor-5-hidroxi-4,5,13,15-tetrahidro-1H,3H-oxepino-[3',4':6,7]indolizino[1,2-b]kinolin-3,15-dionra, ilyen vegyületekettartalmazó gyógyászati kompozíciókra, a kamptotecin optikailag tisztaszintetikus közbenső termékeire, valamint a felsoroltak előállításárais vonatkozik.
