Abstract
A találmány olyan eljárásra vonatkozik, amellyel a hagyományos módonkeményített magoknál tovább tárolható, előkezelt (keményített)vetőmagok állíthatók elő. A találmány szerinti eljárás során azelőkezelt magokat „vízsokk" és/vagy hőkezelés hatásának teszik ki,majd – amennyiben szükséges – a magok szárításával beállítják a kívántnedvességtartalmat. A találmány megvalósítása során úgy járnak el,hogy az előkezelt magokat a) 1–7 napon át vízsokk hatásának teszik ki,vagy b) hőkezelés hatásának teszik ki a hőmérsékletet 1–5 óra alatt 25°C-ról 45 °C-ra emelve, vagy c) a) és b) művelet kombinált hatásánakteszik ki. ŕ

Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a vízsokk megvalósítására először az előkezelt magvak nedvességtartalmát a nyers tömegre vonatkoztatva 3-20%-kal gyorsan csökkentjük, majd az így kapott, részlegesen szárított előkezelt magvakat inkubáljuk vagy nedvességtartalmukat lassan csökkentjük.
- 3. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a vízsokk megvalósítására az előkezelt magvak nedvességtartalmát a szárazanyag-tartalomra vonatkoztatva 0,1-1,04%/óra sebességgel csökkentjük.
- 4. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a lassú nedvességtartalom-csökkentés végrehajtására a magvakat a (-0,5)-(-4,0) MPa tartományban víz ozmotikus hatásának tesszük ki.
- 5. Az 1-4. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a magvak paradicsommagok, paprikamagok, sárgadinnyemagok, görögdinnyemagok, uborkamagok, káposztamagok, póréhagymamagok, sárgarépamagok, vöröshagymamagok, tökmagok, endíviamagok, nebáncsvirágmagok, vasfümagok, kankalinmagok, muskátlimagok, violamagok, cikóriamagok vagy ciklámenmagok.
