EL OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL DE LA PRESENTE INVENCIONES UNA VACUNA CONTRA LA ENFERMEDAD DE CHAGAS,CAPAZ DE ESTIMULAR LA RESPUESTA INMUNE CONTRA EL FACTOR DE VIRULENCIA TRANS-SIALIDASA DELPARASITO TRVPANOSOMA CRUZI CARACTERIZADA DICHA VACUNA PORQUE COMPRENDE UNA VACUNA MULTICOMPONENTE PARA LA ENFERMEDAD DEL CHAGAS (TRIPANOSOMIASIS AMERICANA) CARACTERIZADA PORQUE COMPRENDE(A) UNA PORCION INMUNOLOGICA CONFORMADA POR UNO O MAS POLIPEPTIDOS RECOMBINANTES O SINTETICOS, O FRACCIONES DE ELLOS, Y (B) UNO O MAS POLINUCLEOTIDOS QUE COMPRENDEN A LAS REGIONES QUE CODIFICAN A UNO O MAS POLIPEPTIDOS INMUNOGENICOS, AMBAS PORCIONES PARA LOS DERIVADOS DE LOS TRYPANOSOMA CRUZI ( ES DECIR DE UN T. CRUZI Y/O UNA REGION CONSERVADA COMUN A VARIOS DE EL (LOS) DONDE LA ADMINISTRACION DE DICHA VACUNA PROTEGE DE LA INFECCION DEL PARASITO, LO ELIMINA O ATENUA LAS CONSECUENCIAS CLINICAS DE DICHA INFECCION. OTRO OBJETO DE LA PRESENTE INVENCION ES UNA VACUNA MONOCOMPONENTE PARA LA ENFERMEDAD DEL CHAGAS QUE COMPRENDE AL MENOS UN COMPONENTE SELECCIONADO ENTRE UNA PORCION INMUNOGENICA CONFORMADA POR UNO O MAS POLIPEPTIDOS RECOMBINANTES O SINTETICOS, O FRACCIONES DE ELLOS Y UN GRUPO DE POLINUCLEOTIDOS QUE COMPRENDEN A LAS REGIONES QUE CODIFICAN A UNO O MAS POLIPEPTIDOS INMUNOGENICO DERIVADOS DE LOS TRYPANOSOMA CRUZI (ES FDECIR DE UN T.CRUZI Y/O UNA REGION CONSERVADA COMUN A VARIOS DE ELLOS), DONDE LA PORCION INMUNOGENICA O EL GRUPO DE POLINUCLEOTIDO ESTIMULA UNA RESPUESTA DE ANTICUERPOS DE CELULAS T CD4+ SESGADAS TH1 O T CD8+ CONTRA EL TRYPANOSOMA CRUZI.
