Detailed Description
An embodiment of a beauty device embodying the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the beauty device 11 of the present embodiment includes a substantially Y-shaped handle 12, and a two-pronged portion 12a is provided at the tip of the handle 12. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the handle 12 is composed of a base 13 and a pair of covers 14 and 15, the base 13 is made of synthetic resin, and the pair of covers 14 and 15 cover the outer periphery of the base 13. The covers 14 and 15 are made of synthetic resin, and the outer surfaces thereof are plated with conductive metal as a conductive portion. Further, the cover 14 is fixed to the base 13 by screws 16, and the cover 15 is fitted into the outer periphery of the cover 14.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4 and 6, a seal 17 is fixed to the entire outer peripheral edge of the base 13, and the seal is annular and formed integrally with the base 13 by two-color molding. A lip 17a is formed on the seal 17, and the lip 17a can engage with the inner peripheral edge of the opening of the lid 14. In addition, in a state where the lid bodies 14 and 15 are attached to the base body 13 in a covering manner, the lip portion 17a of the seal 17 is press-fitted and engaged with the inner peripheral edge of the opening of the lid body 14, whereby water can be prevented from entering the inside of the handle 12 from the lid bodies 14 and 15, and particularly, the inside of the base body 13 supporting the electric element. That is, since the seal 17 is formed by two-color molding together with the base 13, the passage of water between the seal 17 and the base 13 can be prevented, and the passage of water between the cover 14 and the base 13 can be prevented by the seal 17, and as a result, the entry of water into the base 13 can be suppressed.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a pair of support tubes 18 are formed on the base 13 so as to be positioned on intersecting axes L1, L2 in the bifurcated portion 12a of the handle 12. As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 7(a) and (b), a pair of inclined surface-shaped pressure receiving surfaces 18a are formed on the outer peripheral upper surface of each support cylinder 18. The lid 14 is formed with a pair of covering portions 19, and the covering portions 19 are formed in a semi-cylindrical shape and cover upper portions of the outer peripheries of the support cylinders 18 of the base 13. A pair of inclined surface-shaped pressure contact surfaces 19a are formed on the inner peripheral surface of each covering portion 19, and the pressure contact surfaces 19a can be engaged with the pressure contact surfaces 18a on the support tube 18. In this case, the angle R1 formed by the pair of pressure receiving surfaces 18a on the support tube 18 side is set to be slightly larger than the angle R2 formed by the pair of pressure contact surfaces 19a on the cover 19 side. In a state where the covering portion 19 is mounted on the support tube 18 in a covering manner, the two pressure contact surfaces 18a and 19a are brought into pressure contact with each other to ensure sealing performance between the support tube 18 and the covering portion 19 and prevent rattling. Even if the width between the pair of pressure receiving surfaces 18a is slightly larger than the width between the pair of pressure contact surfaces 19a, the two pressure contact surfaces 18a and 19a can be brought into pressure contact engagement with each other.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a pair of metal support shafts 20 are fitted and supported to the two support cylinders 18 of the base 13 via seal rings 21, respectively, and the pair of support shafts 20 are positioned on intersecting axes L1 and L2 and protrude outward, respectively. The sealing ring 21 prevents water from entering the interior of the handle 12 from around the support shaft 20. A large-diameter retaining head 20a is formed at the base end of each support shaft 20. As shown in fig. 4 and 9, a holding body 22 is disposed on the base 13 between the base ends of the two support shafts 20. Pressing portions 22a are formed at both end portions of the holding body 22, and the pressing portions 22a are formed in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape for pressing the base end portions of the support shafts 20. A screw fixing portion 22b is formed at an intermediate portion of the holder 22, and the screw fixing portion 22b is cylindrical. In addition, in a state where the base ends of the two support shafts 20 are pressed by the pressing portions 22a at both ends of the holding body 22, the screw fixing portion 22b at the middle of the holding body 22 is fixed to the base body 13 by the screw 23, and the support shafts 20 are fixed so as to be prevented from coming off in a state of being fitted and supported in the support tube 18 of the base body 13. That is, when the support shaft 20 is attached, the support shaft 20 is inserted into each of the pair of support cylinders 18 formed in the base 13 of the handle 12 from the outside (left side in fig. 4), and the support shaft 20 is disposed so as to be positioned on the intersecting axes L1 and L2. Next, as shown in fig. 5 and 9, a holding body 22 is disposed on the base 13 between the base ends of the two support shafts 20, and the base ends of the two support shafts 20 are pressed by pressing portions 22a at both ends of the holding body 22. As a result, as shown in fig. 4 and 9, the retaining head 20a at the base end of each support shaft 20 is engaged with the end edge of the pressing portion 22 a. In this state, when the screw fixing portion 22b at the center of the holding body 22 is fixed to the base 13 by the screw 23, the pair of support shafts 20 are simultaneously fixed to the base 13 so as to be prevented from coming off.
As shown in fig. 4, a cap 24 is fitted to the outer periphery of the distal end of the bifurcated portion 12a of the handle 12, and the cap 24 is cylindrical and made of synthetic resin. Further, the fitting of the cap 24 seals the distal ends of the bifurcated portions 12a, and prevents the support shaft 20 from being shaken. Further, by fitting the cap 24, electrical insulation between conductive portions between the outer surfaces of the bifurcated portions 12a of the handle 12 and the outer surface of the rotary body 27, which will be described later, can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 4, a bearing member 25 is fitted to the projecting end portion of each support shaft 20 and is fixed by a stopper ring 26 so as to be prevented from coming off, and the bearing member 25 is cylindrical and formed of a synthetic resin. The outer front surface of the bearing member 25 including both the front and rear surfaces is metal-plated to ensure electrical conduction between the bearing member 25 and the support shaft 20. Instead of metal plating, the bearing member 25 may be made of conductive resin to ensure the above-described conductivity. As shown in fig. 4 and 8, a pair of elastically deformable claws 25a protrude from the outer periphery of each bearing member 25. A pair of rotating bodies 27, which are formed into a substantially spherical shape, are rotatably fitted and supported in the bearing members 25 of the support shafts 20. Each of the rotating bodies 27 is composed of a core member 28, a cover member 29, and a cover member 30. The core member 28 is formed of synthetic resin. The cover member 29 is fitted to the inner periphery of the front end of the core member 28 and is formed of synthetic resin. The cover member 30 is formed of a synthetic resin so as to cover the outer peripheries of the core member 28 and the cover member 29. Conductive metal plating as a conductive portion is applied to the outer surface of the covering member 30 to ensure conductivity between the bearing members 25. A stepped portion 28a is formed on the inner periphery of the core member 28, and the stepped portion 28a can be engaged with the claws 25a of the bearing member 25. Then, in a state where the rotary body 27 is fitted to the bearing member 25, the claws 25a are engaged with the stepped portions 28a, and the rotary body 27 is held in a slip-off manner with respect to the bearing member 25.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a through hole 31 is formed in the lid 14 near the crotch of the bifurcated portion 12a of the handle 12. A light receiving lens 32 is fitted in the through hole 31 with a sealing member 33 interposed therebetween, and the light receiving lens 32 is made of a transparent synthetic resin. A solar cell panel 34 is disposed on the base 13 of the handle 12 below the light receiving lens 32, and a positive/negative output terminal is connected to a conductive portion on the outer surface of the handle 12 and the support shaft 20. The sealing member 33 prevents water from entering from the solar cell panel 34 side and the inside of the handle 12.
The operation of the beauty device configured as described above will be described.
When using the beauty device, the handle 12 is gripped, the rotating body 27 is brought into contact with the skin of the face or the like, and the rotating body 27 is rotated. In this way, the skin and the lower tissue thereof are stimulated by the rotating body 27, so that the blood circulation is improved, pores are opened, and a cosmetic effect can be obtained. At this time, the electric power generated by the solar cell panel 34 is supplied to the handle 12 and the conductive portion of the rotor 27. Therefore, a circuit through the body is formed between the conductive portion of the handle 12 and the conductive portion of the rotating body 27, and a minute current flows from the rotating body 27 into the body including the skin, thereby increasing stimulation to the body and improving the cosmetic effect.
In addition, in the beauty device, the seal 17 and the seal ring 21 prevent water from entering the handle 12, so that the beauty device can be used without any problem even in a bathtub.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) In this beauty device, a pair of support shafts 20 located on intersecting axes L1, L2 are provided at the distal end portion of the handle 12. A rotor 27 is rotatably supported on the tip end side of each support shaft 20, and a cosmetic effect is given to the body by this rotor 27. The intermediate portion of the holding body 22 is fixed to the handle 12 at a position between the base end portions of the two support shafts 20. Then, the proximal end side of each support shaft 20 is pressed and held by the handle 12 by the pressing portions 22a at both ends of the holding body 22. Therefore, the pair of support shafts 20 can be easily fixed to the handle 12 by a simple fixing structure including 1 holding body 22, and manufacturing cost can be reduced.
(2) In this beauty device, the handle 12 is composed of a base 13 and covers 14 and 15 covering the base 13. The support shaft 20 is supported by the base 13, and the holding body 22 is fixed to the base 13. Therefore, the supporting portion of the support shaft 20 and the fixed portion of the holding body 22 with respect to the base 13 of the handle 12 can be covered by the covers 14 and 15 of the handle 12, and the appearance of the entire beauty device can be ensured.
(3) In this beauty device, a seal 17 is attached between the outer peripheral edge of the base 13 of the handle 12 and the inner peripheral edge of the opening of the lid 14. Therefore, water can be prevented from entering the handle 12, and even in a configuration in which electric components such as the solar cell panel 34 are housed in the handle 12, the functions of the electric components can be prevented from being hindered by water.
(4) In this beauty device, the seal 17 is molded in two colors on the outer periphery of the base 13. Therefore, even if the base 13 is formed in a complicated manner, the sealing material 17 can be easily and appropriately fixed and attached to the base 13 without using an adhesive, which contributes to the facilitation of attachment and the water resistance.
(5) In this beauty device, the pressure receiving surface 18a having the inclination angle R1 on the outer peripheral upper surface of each support tube 18 and the pressure contact surface 19a having the inclination angle R2 smaller than the inclination angle R1 of the covering portion 19 of the lid 14 are pressure contacted. Therefore, the sealing property between the support tube 18 and the covering portion 19 can be ensured and shaking can be prevented.
(modification example)
The present embodiment can be modified and embodied as follows.
The rotating body 27 may be changed to a roller shape.
Omitting electrical components within the handle 12.
