Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described.
In the cosmetic device according to the present invention, the water stop portion may be provided at an outer edge of the inner lid. In this case, since the water stop portion is provided in advance at the outer edge of the inner lid, the assembly work can be simplified.
The beauty instrument according to the present invention may further include a housed member that is assembled to the inner lid and housed in the housing portion. In this case, since the housed member is housed in the housing portion, the waterproof property of the housed member can be ensured. Further, since the housed member can be housed in the housing portion by attaching the inner lid, the assembly work can be simplified.
In the cosmetic apparatus according to the present invention, the housed member may be a power source for generating an electric current, and the handle and the rotating body may have conductivity and may be electrically connected to the power source.
In this case, when the handle of the beauty instrument is gripped and the rotary body is rotated against the skin such as the face, an electric circuit for passing the body is formed between the handle and the rotary body, and a weak current flows from the rotary body, thereby increasing the stimulation to the skin. Furthermore, the power supply for generating the current is housed in the housing portion, so that the waterproof property can be ensured. Therefore, a weak current can be appropriately passed.
The beauty instrument according to the present invention may further include a beauty effect applying unit that is provided at the other end of the handle and applies a beauty effect by being brought into contact with or close to the skin. The cosmetic effect applying unit includes a fixing shaft inserted from the other end of the handle toward the housing unit and fixed by attachment of the inner lid to the handle. In this case, not only the cosmetic effect can be applied by the rotating body on the side of the one end portion of the handle, but also the cosmetic effect can be applied by using the other end portion. Therefore, a cosmetic apparatus capable of applying a cosmetic effect in a more versatile manner while applying the cosmetic effect by the rotating body can be realized.
Next, embodiment 1 embodying the beauty apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
< example 1 >
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the beauty instrument 1 of embodiment 1 includes a handle 10, a support shaft 20, a rotating body 30, an inner lid 40, a water stop portion 41, and an outer lid 50. The handle 10 has a housing 11. The support shaft 20 is provided in a pair and extends from the one end portion 12 side of the handle 10 in a front-end widened shape. The rotating bodies 30 are provided in a pair. Each rotating body 30 is supported rotatably about the support shaft 20. The inner lid 40 is attached to the handle 10 and seals the housing 11. The water stop portion 41 is located between the housing portion 11 and the inner lid 40, and is in liquid-tight contact with the opening periphery of the housing portion 11. The outer lid 50 closes the opening of the housing 11. The beauty instrument 1 further includes a solar photovoltaic power generation panel (exemplified as a housed member and a power source according to the present invention) 60 and a beauty effect applying section 70.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the handle 10 has an end portion 12 on one end side in the longitudinal direction that is branched into a wide-end shape, and an end portion 13 on the other end side that is elongated with a narrowed end. The handle 10 is formed by applying chrome plating to ABS resin, and thus has conductivity. Further, a plurality of ribs such as ridges that undulate in the circumferential direction are formed on the outer surface of the handle 10 along the longitudinal direction. As shown in fig. 4, the housing portion 11 is formed in a concave shape with a cross section recessed along the longitudinal direction on the back surface side of the handle 10. A through hole 11A that penetrates so as to communicate with the housing portion 11 is formed on the front side of the handle 10. The through hole 11A is formed in the front surface of the handle 10 near the end 12. Bosses 11B, 11C, and 11D are provided on the inner wall of the housing 11. The bosses 11B, 11C, 11D are used for mounting of an inner lid 40 described later. The boss 11C is chrome-plated continuously with the chrome plating on the outer surface of the handle 10, but the outer surface peripheries of the bosses 11B and 11D are not chrome-plated, and the ABS resin is exposed.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a shaft hole 12A is formed at the end 12 of the handle 10. The shaft holes 12A are formed at bifurcated distal ends of the end portions 12 of the handle 10. The shaft hole 12A is formed to penetrate the inner wall of the housing 11. That is, the shaft hole 12A and the housing 11 are formed so as to communicate with each other. Further, as shown in fig. 7, a shaft hole 13A is formed at the end 13 of the handle 10. A shaft hole 13A is formed at the front end of the end portion 13. The shaft hole 13A is formed to penetrate the inner wall of the housing 11, similarly to the shaft hole 12A, and communicates with the housing 11.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the pair of support shafts 20 are inserted into the respective shaft holes 12A of the handle 10 via an insulating bush 21, an O-ring 22, and a cap 23. The support shaft 20 is made of stainless steel and is formed by electroless nickel plating. As shown in fig. 6, the pair of support shafts 20 are inserted into the respective shaft holes 12A of the handle 10, and extend in a tip-widened manner such that their axes form an angle θ 1. In the present embodiment, the angle θ 1 is set to about 66.7 °. As shown in fig. 2, the pair of support shafts 20 are inclined toward the back side of the handle 10 so as to form an angle θ 2 with the center line of the handle 10 in a side view. In the present embodiment, the angle θ 2 is set to about 60 °.
The insulating bush 21 is made of polyacetal resin and has a flange portion 21A having a flange-like diameter-enlarged at one end. The support shaft 20 is inserted through the insulating bush 21 so as to insulate the support shaft 20 from the handle 10. The insulating bush 21 closes the shaft hole 12A by the flange portion 21A coming into contact with the end edge of the shaft hole 12A. The O-ring 22 is interposed between the outer peripheral surface of the support shaft 20 and the inner peripheral surface of the shaft hole 12A in a liquid-tight manner. A cap 23 is inserted through the support shaft 20 and is inserted at each front end of the end portion 12 of the handle 10. As shown in fig. 5, the one end portion 20A of the support shaft 20 is locked to a shaft locking portion 42 of the inner lid 40 described later. Thereby, the support shaft 20 is locked so as not to be disengaged from the shaft hole 12A. Further, a preload C-ring 24 is attached to the other end 20B of the support shaft 20, and the preload C-ring 24 performs the coming-off prevention of the resin bearing 31 and the bearing seat 32 described later and applies preload to the resin bearing 31.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the rotating body 30 is attached to the other end portion 20B side of the support shaft 20. The rotating body 30 is formed by plating an ABS resin with platinum. The rotating body 30 is formed by insert molding the two core members 30A and 30B, and has a substantially spherical outer shape. Further, so-called diamond cutting is performed on the surface of the rotating body 30. Each rotating body 30 inserts the support shaft 20 via two resin bearings 31 and a bearing seat 32 that holds the two bearings. Thereby, the rotating body 30 is supported by the support shaft 20 so as to be rotatable about the central axis of the support shaft 20. The resin bearing 31 is made of polyacetal resin having conductivity, and the bearing holder 32 is formed by applying chrome plating to ABS resin. Thereby, the rotary body 30 is electrically conducted to the support shaft 20 via the resin bearing 31 and the bearing seat 32. The bearing holder 32 is provided with an engagement claw 32A that elastically deforms in the radial direction. The engagement claw 32A engages with a stepped recess portion on the inner periphery of the rotating body 30 to fix the rotating body 30.
The inner lid 40 is made of ABS resin and has a substantially flat plate shape. As shown in fig. 4, 5, and 7, the inner lid 40 includes a water stop portion 41 and a shaft locking portion 42. That is, in the present embodiment, the water stop portion 41 is provided integrally with the inner lid 40. The water stop portion 41 is provided on an outer edge of one face of the inner lid 40. The water stop portion 41 is formed by integrally molding a thermoplastic elastomer to the inner lid 40. The shaft locking portion 42 locks the support shaft 20. As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the inner lid 40 has three screw holes 40A, 40B, and 40C. The inner lid 40 is attached to the handle 10 by locking screws S1, S2, and S3 inserted into the screw holes 40A, 40B, and 40C to bosses 11B, 11C, and 11D of the housing 11, respectively. The inner lid 40 is attached to the handle 10 in the attachment direction of the screws S1, S2, and S3. In the present embodiment, the inner lid 40 is attached in a direction from the right to the left in fig. 7 (from below to above in fig. 8). The water stop portion 41 is pressed in the direction of attaching the inner lid 40 and abuts against the opening periphery of the housing portion 11. That is, the water stopper 41 is pressed against the opening peripheral edge of the housing 11 by the pressing force generated by tightening the screws S1, S2, and S3 with the mounting direction of the inner lid 40 to the handle 10 as the pressing direction.
The outer cover 50 is formed by applying chrome plating to ABS resin. In the present embodiment, the outer lid 50 is bonded to the inner lid 40 by double-sided adhesive tapes 50A, 50B. Thereby, the outer lid 50 is fitted into the housing 11, and covers the inner lid 40 to close the opening of the housing 11. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the outer lid 50 is fitted into the housing 11. The outer lid 50 is fitted so that the outer peripheral surface 51 thereof faces the opening inner peripheral surface 11E of the housing 11 (a surface extending in the depth direction of the housing 11). The outer peripheral surface 51 of the outer lid 50 is opposed to the opening inner peripheral surface 11E of the housing 11, and is visually recognized from the outside. Even when a force in a direction intersecting the fitting direction acts on the outer cover 50 while gripping the handle 10, the outer cover 50 interferes with the opening inner peripheral surface 11E of the housing portion 11, and the displacement of the outer cover 50 is suppressed. Further, the outer lid 50 fitted into the housing 11 is less likely to be forced in the removal direction (the direction opposite to the fitting direction), and therefore is less likely to come off. The outer lid 50 is formed with ridge-like ribs on the outer surface thereof, as in the handle 10, and is formed in a shape continuous with the handle 10 by closing the opening of the housing 11. Further, since the ridge-shaped rib is formed along the longitudinal direction of the outer lid 50 and the handle 10, the boundary line between the outer lid 50 and the handle 10 extending in the same direction is not conspicuous.
The solar power generation panel 60 is assembled to the inner lid 40 and is housed in the housing 11. The solar power generation panel 60 is formed in a substantially rectangular and thin plate shape. A ring terminal 61A is connected to one electrode of the solar power generation panel 60, and a ring terminal 61B is connected to the other electrode of the solar power generation panel 60. The solar power generation panel 60 receives light transmitted through a lens 64 described later to generate power, and a weak current flows between the surface of the rotary body 30 and the surface of the handle 10 through the ring terminals 61A and 61B. When the solar power generation panel 60 is assembled to the inner cover 40, the annular terminals 61A and 61B are arranged at positions overlapping the screw holes 40A and 40B of the inner cover 40. The ring terminals 61A, 61B are interposed between the inner lid 40 and the bosses 11B, 11C, and are collectively fastened and fixed by screws S1, S2. In addition, a shaft seat 62 described later is also fastened together between the inner lid 40 and the boss 11B to be fixed.
A ring terminal 61C is connected to one electrode of the solar power generation panel 60 so as to be parallel to the ring terminal 61A. The solar power generation panel 60 also passes a weak current between the beauty effect imparting unit 70, which will be described later, and the surface of the handle 10 via the ring-shaped terminals 61B and 61C. The ring-shaped terminal 61C is connected to the solar power generation panel 60 via a lead 61D. The ring terminal 61C is interposed between the inner lid 40 and the boss 11C, and is collectively fastened and fixed by a screw S3. The shaft seat 63 described later is also fastened and fixed between the inner lid 40 and the boss 11D.
The shaft seat 62 is provided on the shaft locking portion 42 of the inner lid 40. The shaft holders 62 are made of stainless steel, and are in contact with the pair of support shafts 20 and electrically connected thereto. The shaft holder 62 is fastened together with the annular terminal 61A between the inner lid 40 and the boss 11B by screwing the screw S1. That is, the shaft holder 62 is fixed so as to be electrically conducted to the ring terminal 61A. Thus, one electrode of the solar photovoltaic power generation panel 60 is electrically connected to the support shaft 20 via the ring-shaped terminal 61A and the shaft holder 62, and is further electrically connected to the rotating body 30 via the support shaft 20. The ring terminal 61B is inserted and fixed together with the inner lid 40 by a screw S2 screwed into the boss 11C. Further, as described above, the boss 11C is subjected to chrome plating continuous with chrome plating of the outer surface of the handle 10, thereby ensuring electrical conduction between the other electrode of the solar power generation panel 60 and the handle 10.
The shaft seat 63 is made of stainless steel as with the shaft seat 62. The shaft holder 63 is fastened together with the ring terminal 61C between the inner lid 40 and the boss 11D by screwing the screw S3. Thus, the shaft holder 63 is fixed to be electrically conducted to the ring terminal 61C. The shaft holder 63 further includes a shaft locking portion 63A formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section. The shaft locking portion 63A is locked to a reduced diameter portion 70C of the cosmetic effect applying portion 70 described later.
The lens 64 is formed of a transparent acrylic resin. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the lens 64 is formed to have a convex cross section and is inserted into the through-hole 11A. The lens 64 is pressed by the inner lid 40 and is fixed by abutting against the end edge of the through hole 11A. The lens 64 is disposed adjacent to the solar power generation panel 60. The O-ring 65 is interposed between the lens 64 and the inner wall of the through hole 11A, thereby ensuring liquid tightness.
The beauty effect applying part 70 is made of stainless steel. As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the cosmetic-effect applying unit 70 has a substantially conical shape having a spherical portion 70A at the tip. A shaft portion 70B (exemplified as a fixed shaft according to the present invention) is provided on the proximal end side of the cosmetic effect imparting portion 70. The shaft portion 70B is inserted into the shaft hole 13A via an insulating collar 71 and an O-ring 72. The beauty treatment effect applying section 70 is insulated from the handle 10 by an insulating collar 71, and is ensured to be waterproof from the inner wall of the shaft hole 13A by an O-ring 72. Further, the shaft portion 70B is caught on the shaft seat 63. As described above, the shaft seat 63 is fastened together when the inner lid 40 is mounted to the handle 10 by the screw S3. That is, the beauty treatment effect applying portion 70 may be said to have a shaft portion 70B inserted from the end portion 13 of the handle 10 toward the housing portion 11 and fixed by attachment of the inner lid 40 to the handle 10. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a reduced diameter portion 70C formed in a groove shape in the circumferential direction is provided at the distal end portion of the shaft portion 70B, and the reduced diameter portion 70C is locked to the shaft locking portion 63A of the shaft holder 63. Thus, the beauty treatment effect applying unit 70 is electrically connected to one electrode of the solar photovoltaic panel 60 via the shaft holder 63, the ring-shaped terminal 61C, and the lead wire 61D, and is fixedly disposed on the handle 10 so as not to be detached from the shaft hole 13A.
The beauty instrument 1 having such a configuration is used as follows.
When the cosmetic effect is applied by the rotating body 30, for example, the handle 10 is gripped as shown in fig. 9, and the rotating body 30 is pressed against the skin of the face or the like. The beauty treatment apparatus 1 is moved back and forth in the axial direction of the handle 10 or moved in an arc shape. Thereby, a massage effect such as pressing, pinching, stretching, or the like is exerted. At this time, the handle 10 and the rotating body 30 are electrically conducted through the body of the user. Therefore, the sunlight power generation panel 60 receives light through the lens 64 and generates power, and a weak current flows between the rotating body 30 and the skin. Thereby, the massage effect can be improved.
When the cosmetic effect is applied by the cosmetic effect applying unit 70, for example, the handle 10 is held as shown in fig. 10, and the spherical portion 70A of the cosmetic effect applying unit 70 is pressed against the skin of the face or the like with a strength enough to feel comfortable in accordance with the massage of the acupuncture points. At this time, the handle 10 and the cosmetic-effect applying section 70 are electrically conducted through the body of the user. Therefore, when the solar power generation panel 60 receives light through the lens 64 and generates power, a weak current flows between the beauty effect imparting unit 70 and the skin. Thereby, the massage effect can be improved.
Next, the operation and effect of the beauty instrument 1 configured as described above will be described. The beauty instrument 1 includes an inner lid 40 independently of an outer lid 50 for closing the opening of the housing portion 11, and the inner lid 40 is attached to the handle 10 and has a water stop portion 41 in liquid-tight contact with the opening peripheral edge of the housing portion 11. With this configuration, the gripping force when gripping the handle 10 is prevented from directly acting on the inner lid 40, and the influence on the water stopping performance of the water stopping portion 41 can be prevented.
Therefore, the beauty instrument 1 can ensure good waterproofness.
The beauty instrument 1 further includes a solar power generation panel 60 as a housed member which is assembled to the inner lid 40 and housed in the housing portion 11. In this way, since the solar photovoltaic panel 60 is housed in the housing 11, waterproofness can be ensured. Further, since the solar photovoltaic panel 60 can be housed in the housing portion 11 by attaching the inner lid 40, the assembly work can be simplified.
The solar power generation panel 60 is provided as a member to be housed, as a power supply unit for generating electric current, the rotating body 30 has conductivity, and the support shaft 20 has conductivity and introduces electric current of the solar power generation panel 60 to the rotating body 30. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately introduce current from the solar photovoltaic panel 60 having a waterproof property to the rotating body 30.
The beauty instrument 1 further includes a beauty effect applying unit 70, and the beauty effect applying unit 70 is provided at the other end portion 13 of the handle 10, and applies a beauty effect by being brought into contact with or close to the skin. The beauty treatment effect applying portion 70 has a shaft portion 70B as a fixed shaft, and the shaft portion 70B is inserted from the end portion 13 of the handle 10 toward the housing portion 11 and fixed by attaching the inner lid 40 to the handle 10. Therefore, the cosmetic effect can be applied not only by the rotating body 30 on the side of the one end portion 12 of the handle 10 but also by the other end portion 13. Thus, the cosmetic apparatus 1 can be provided in which the cosmetic effect can be applied in a more various manner while the cosmetic effect is applied by the rotating body 30.
In the present embodiment, the inner lid 40 presses the water stop portion 41 in the direction in which the inner lid 40 is attached, and at the same time, brings the water stop portion 41 into contact with the opening peripheral edge of the storage portion 11. That is, the water stop portion 41 is pressed against the opening peripheral edge of the housing portion 11 with the mounting direction of the inner lid 40 to the handle 10 as the pressing direction. This enables reliable water stop by the water stop unit 41, and further improves the water resistance.
In addition, in the present embodiment, a plurality of ribs such as ridges are formed on the outer surfaces of the handle 10 and the outer cover 50. Therefore, the appearance can be improved. Further, by forming such ridge-shaped ribs, the grip can exhibit an anti-slip effect during gripping. The beauty instrument 1 is also considered to be used in a situation where a hand is likely to slip when used together with cosmetics or the like, when bathing, or the like, and it is preferable to have such a slip prevention structure on the handle 10. Further, since the handle 10 can be stably gripped, the outer lid 50 can be also stably gripped, and an uneven load can be suppressed from being applied to the inner lid 40. In this way, the effect of ensuring the liquid-tightness by the water stop portion 41 can be made more remarkable by forming a plurality of ribs such as ridges on the outer surfaces of the handle 10 and the outer cover 50.
In addition, in the present embodiment, diamond cuts are formed on the outer surface of the rotating body 30. Therefore, the rotation of the rotating body 30 can be easily visually recognized, and the feeling of use can be improved. Further, by forming the pattern on the outer surface, the rotating body 30 can be prevented from slipping without rotating even in a state where the rotating body is likely to slip when used with a cosmetic or the like.

(11) In the above embodiment, the pair of support shafts are arranged in the tip-widened form such that the angle θ 1 formed by the axial centers of the support shafts is an angle of about 66.7 °, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The angle formed by the axial centers of the pair of support shafts is not particularly limited as long as the support shafts are arranged so that the tips thereof are widened, and the angle θ 1 may be, for example, 60 ° to 80 °.
(12) In the above embodiment, the pair of support shafts 20 are shown as being inclined toward the back side of the handle so that the angle θ 2 with the center line of the handle is about 60 ° in a side view, but the angle θ 2 is not particularly limited. The inclination angle may be, for example, 25 ° to 90 °.
(13) In the above embodiment, the end portion side of the handle which is one end side in the longitudinal direction is branched into the widened distal end portion, but such branching may be not only a simple two-branch branching but also a three-branch branching type in which a projecting portion projecting from the center of the widened distal end portion along the extending direction of the handle is provided.
(14) In the above embodiment, the water stop portion is formed integrally with the inner lid, but the water stop portion is not limited to this, and may be provided separately from the inner lid, such as an O-ring, or may be formed integrally with the opening peripheral edge of the storage portion of the handle.
