Technical Field
The present invention relates to a gauze fabric.
Background
A scrim is a flat fabric that is woven thinly. For example, cotton yarn (single yarn with a count of 40) is used. The yarn fabric may be a single-layer fabric, a double-layer fabric, a triple-layer fabric, or the like. The single-layer fabric is used for medical applications and wipes, for example. The double-layer woven fabric is used for clothing, handkerchiefs, and the like. The three-layer fabrics described above are used, for example, in towels, bedding articles.

A yarn is a fabric woven thinly (with large gaps between yarns). Since the yarn is a thin woven planar fabric, the thickness is thin even with multiple layers of yarn. Thus, the yarn lacks elasticity and softness. In particular, for a textile of yarn made from twisted yarn, elasticity and softness are lacking. The yarn lacks insulative properties because of the less dense weave.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a yarn fabric which is made of twisted yarn and has good hand (softness), air permeability and excellent heat retaining property.
The present invention provides a gauze fabric comprising:
a surface layer yarn composed of twisted yarn;
back layer yarn, which is formed by twisted yarn; and
the middle layer yarn is composed of twisted yarn,
the intermediate layer yarn is arranged between the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn,
the face layer yarns and the back layer yarns are bonded together directly and/or indirectly,
the twisted yarn of the surface layer yarn is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.3 or less,
the twisted yarn of the back layer yarn is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.3 or less,
the twisted yarn of the intermediate layer yarn is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.5 or more.
The present invention provides a gauze fabric comprising:
a surface layer yarn composed of twisted yarn;
back layer yarn, which is formed by twisted yarn; and
the middle layer yarn is composed of twisted yarn,
the intermediate layer yarn is arranged between the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn,
the face layer yarns and the back layer yarns are bonded together directly and/or indirectly,
the twisted yarn of the surface layer yarn is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.3 or less,
the twisted yarn of the back layer yarn is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.3 or less,
the middle layer yarn has more than one layer,
the twisted yarn of at least one of the intermediate layer yarns is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.5 or more.
The invention provides a yarn fabric, wherein the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn are combined together through the twisted yarn of the middle layer yarn.
The invention provides a yarn fabric, wherein the twisted yarn with the twist coefficient of more than 3.5 is formed by twisting more than two yarns.
The invention provides a yarn fabric, wherein the twisted yarn is a double-ply yarn.

The surface layer yarn, the intermediate layer yarn and the back layer yarn are made of twisted yarns, but the yarn fabric of the present invention has a good texture (softness), air permeability and excellent heat retention. That is, since twisted yarns having a twist multiplier of 3.3 or less are used as the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn, the yarn woven fabric of the present invention has a good texture (softness), air permeability, and excellent heat retention.
The shrinkage rate of the surface layer (back layer) yarn is different from that of the intermediate layer yarn. As a result, the woven fabric of the present invention has a strong three-dimensional feeling (thickness feeling). The yarn fabric of the present invention has a light weight although it has a thick feel. The yarn fabric of the present invention has excellent heat retaining properties.

Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present invention. The first aspect of the invention is a scrim. The yarn fabric comprises surface layer yarns, middle layer yarns and back layer yarns. The surface layer yarn is composed of a twisted yarn. At least one of the intermediate layer yarns is formed of a twisted yarn. The back layer yarn is made of twisted yarn.
The surface layer yarn is composed of a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.3 or less. At least one of the intermediate layer yarns is composed of a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.5 or more. The back layer yarn is composed of a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.3 or less.
The above-described yarn fabrics are used in various fields. When the sewing machine is used in the field of sewing, the characteristics of the sewing machine can be exerted. For example, as a raw material for clothes (evening dress, pajamas, shirts, etc.). However, it is not limited to clothes. For example, it is used as a raw material for various products for infants. For example, it is used as a raw material for bed products.
The yarn fabric is an N-layer fabric (N is an integer of 3 or more). From the viewpoint of weight and cost, N is preferably 3, 4, 5. More preferably N is 3 (three-layer fabric). In the case of a three-layer fabric, the middle layer yarn has one layer.
The yarn fabric comprises surface layer yarns, back layer yarns and intermediate layer yarns. The intermediate layer yarn has, for example, 1 to 3 layers. In particular, it is preferable to have one layer.
The surface layer yarn is composed of a twisted yarn. The surface layer yarn is composed of a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.3 or less. The back layer yarn is made of twisted yarn. The back layer yarn is composed of a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.3 or less. A twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.3 or less is not a non-twisted yarn. 0 < the twist coefficient of the twisted yarn of the surface layer yarn (back layer yarn) is less than or equal to 3.3. The twist multiplier is preferably 3.0 or less. The twist multiplier is preferably 0.3 or more. The twist multiplier is more preferably 0.5 or more. The twist multiplier is more preferably 1.0 or more. At least one of the intermediate layer yarns is composed of a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.5 or more. At least one of the intermediate layer yarns is preferably formed of a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.8 or more. In particular, the yarn is composed of a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 4.0 or more. The upper limit value is not particularly limited. Yarns without the above-mentioned features may also be used without prejudice to the characteristics of the invention. The twist of the yarn varies depending on the count. The strength of the yarn twist is not represented by the twist number but by the twist factor. For example, the value obtained by multiplying the square root of the count by the twist number is the twist factor per inch. The yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.5 to 5.0 is generally called a medium twist yarn. The yarn having a twist multiplier of 5.0 to 8.0 is generally called a hard twist yarn. A yarn having a twist multiplier of 8.0 or more is generally called an extremely strong twisted yarn.
The face layer yarns and the back layer yarns are bonded together directly and/or indirectly. For example, the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn are directly bonded by a yarn. Alternatively, the surface layer yarn and the intermediate layer yarn are directly bonded to each other by a yarn (particularly, a twisted yarn constituting the intermediate layer yarn), and the back surface layer yarn and the intermediate layer yarn are directly bonded to each other by a yarn (particularly, a twisted yarn constituting the intermediate layer yarn). As a result, the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn are indirectly bonded to each other through the intermediate layer yarn.
The twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.5 or more is preferably formed by twisting two or more yarns. The twisted yarn is more preferably a double-ply yarn. The twisted yarn is preferably a yarn having a count of 25 to 80 (more preferably a count of 40 to 70). When the twisted yarn is a two-ply yarn, the twisted yarn is composed of a yarn having a count of 50 to 160 (preferably 80 to 140) and a yarn having a count of 50 to 160 (preferably 80 to 140).
The yarn woven fabric of the above embodiment has a soft hand. That is, since the surface layer yarn (back layer yarn) is made of a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.3 or less, the hand feeling is soft.
The yarn knitted fabric of the above embodiment has a surface layer yarn (back layer yarn) made of a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.3 or less, and an intermediate layer yarn made of a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.5 or more. Therefore, the stereoscopic impression is strong. This is because the shrinkage rate of the surface layer (back layer) yarn is different from that of the intermediate layer yarn. The thickness of the material is increased by the synergistic effect of the unevenness (three-dimensional property) caused by the difference in shrinkage rate and the expansion of the yarn caused by the small twist or the untwisting. As a result, the heat retaining property is excellent. Although thick, it is lightweight.
In the yarn woven fabric of the above embodiment, the twisted yarns are used for the surface layer yarn, the back layer yarn, and the intermediate layer yarn, and therefore, the strength is high. And the sewing property is good.
A second aspect of the invention is a garment (evening dress, pajamas, shirts, etc.) or bedding article (e.g. sheets, blankets, etc.). The product is made of the yarn fabric.
The following examples illustrate more specific embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments. Various modifications and application examples are also included in the present invention without significantly impairing the characteristics of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a gauze fabric (triple layer fabric) according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

In a conventional N-layer (N is an integer of 2 or more) woven fabric, the warp yarns of each layer are all the same. In contrast, in the woven fabric of N-layer (N is an integer of 3 or more) yarns of the present invention, twisted yarns having a twist multiplier of 3.3 or less are used as the yarns of the first layer (front layer) and the N-th layer (back layer), and twisted yarns having a twist multiplier of 3.5 or more are used as the yarns of at least one layer of the intermediate layer. Therefore, when producing the N-layer (N is an integer of 3 or more) yarn web of the present invention, a device capable of supplying at least two kinds of yarns is used.
A three-layer woven yarn (comparative example 1) was produced in which the warp yarns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 and the weft yarn A, B, C, D, E, F were twisted yarns (twist multiplier: 3.0).
A three-layer woven yarn (comparative example 2) was produced in which the warp yarns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 and the weft yarn A, B, C, D, E, F were twisted yarns (twist multiplier 4.0).
A three-layer woven yarn was produced in which the warp yarns 1, 2, 5, and 6 and the weft yarn A, B, E, F were twisted yarns (twist multiplier of 4.0), and the warp yarns 3 and 4 and the weft yarn C, D were twisted yarns (twist multiplier of 3.0) (comparative example 3).
A three-layer woven yarn was produced in which the warp yarns 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the weft yarn A, B, C, D were twisted yarns (twist multiplier of 4.0) and the warp yarns 5 and 6 and the weft yarn E, F were twisted yarns (twist multiplier of 3.0) (comparative example 4).
The three-layer woven fabric according to the first embodiment and the three-layer woven fabrics according to comparative examples 1, 2, 3, and 4 were compared in terms of the sewing properties. As a result, the three-layer knitted fabric of comparative example 1 was inferior in sewing. The sewn portion of the three-layer scrim garment of comparative example 1 was split with only a small pulling force applied. In contrast, the three-layer scrim of the first embodiment is well sewn. That is, the sewn portion of the three-layer scrim fabric of the first embodiment is not split. The three-layer yarn fabrics of comparative examples 2, 3 and 4 were also satisfactory in sewing.
The hand was compared between the triple-layer woven fabric of the first embodiment and the triple-layer woven fabrics of comparative examples 1, 2, 3 and 4. As a result, the three-layer woven yarn of the first embodiment (the warp and weft yarns of the surface layer yarn and the warp and weft yarns of the back layer yarn are twisted yarns having a twist multiplier of 3.0) has an excellent hand. In contrast, the triple layer yarn fabrics of comparative examples 2, 3 and 4 had poor hand. The flexibility was also poor. The twisted yarns 3 and 4 are rarely exposed from the surface (see fig. 1). However, the exposure ratio of the twisted yarns 3 and 4 is almost 0. Therefore, the hand feeling is poor.
In the three-layer woven yarn of the first embodiment, the surface layer yarn (back layer yarn) is formed of a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.0, and the intermediate layer yarn is formed of a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 4.0, so that the three-dimensional effect is strong. The heat retaining property is excellent because of the strong three-dimensional effect. And is also flexible. Also, although thick, it is lightweight.
The foregoing describes a three layer scrim fabric. However, the present invention may be an N-layer (N is an integer of 4 or more) yarn woven fabric. In this case, the yarns of the front and back layers are made of twisted yarns having a twist multiplier of 3.3 or less, and the yarn of at least one layer of the intermediate layer is made of twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.5 or more. All the yarns in the intermediate layer may be twisted yarns having a twist multiplier of 3.5 or more. In the case where the intermediate layer is two or more layers, the yarn of at least one layer may be a twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.5 or more. However, if the middle layer is a woven fabric of two or more N layers (N is an integer of 4 or more) and a woven fabric of three layers, the woven fabric of three layers is more preferable from the viewpoint of weight saving and cost.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a yarn fabric in which warp yarns (lengthwise yarns) are combined. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a yarn fabric incorporating weft yarns (cross-yarns). The yarn fabric of figure 1 differs from that of figure 2 only in the use of warp yarn bonding or weft yarn bonding. Since other points are the same, detailed description is omitted. The above combination may also use both warp and weft yarns.

1. A scrim article comprising:
a surface layer yarn composed of twisted yarn;
back layer yarn, which is formed by twisted yarn; and
the middle layer yarn is composed of twisted yarn,
the intermediate layer yarn is arranged between the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn,
the face layer yarns and the back layer yarns are bonded together directly and/or indirectly,
the twisted yarn of the surface layer yarn is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.3 or less,
the twisted yarn of the back layer yarn is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.3 or less,
the twisted yarn of the intermediate layer yarn is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.5 or more.
2. The scrim fabric of claim 1, wherein said intermediate layer yarns have more than one layer,
at least one of the intermediate layer yarns is composed of a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.5 or more.
3. The scrim fabric of claim 1 or 2, wherein said face layer yarns and said back layer yarns are bonded together by twisted yarns of said intermediate layer yarns.
4. The scrim according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.5 or more is formed by twisting two or more yarns.
5. The scrim according to claim 4, wherein the twisted yarn having a twist multiplier of 3.5 or more is a two-ply yarn.
6. The scrim fabric according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said twisted yarn is a yarn having a count of 25 to 80.
7. The scrim according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the scrim is an N-layer scrim, wherein N is an integer of 3 or more.
8. The scrim fabric according to claim 7, wherein the scrim fabric is a triple layer fabric.
9. The scrim fabric of claim 1 or 2, wherein said scrim fabric is a sewing scrim fabric.
10. A garment made from the scrim of any of claims 1 to 9.
11. Bedding made of a gauze fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
