A yarn is a fabric woven thinly (with large gaps between yarns). Compared with the woven cloth, the yarn has good hand feeling. Since the yarn is a thin woven flat fabric, the thickness is thin even if the high-grade yarn is woven in multiple layers. Thus, the yarn lacks elasticity and softness. The yarn lacks insulative properties because of the less dense weave. Furthermore, since the yarn is a flat fabric woven thinly, it is difficult to sew.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a woven yarn fabric which has a good texture (softness), has air permeability, has excellent heat retaining properties, and can be sewn.
The present invention provides a gauze fabric comprising:
a surface layer yarn;
a back side layer yarn; and
intermediate layer yarns arranged between the surface layer yarns and the back layer yarns,
the surface layer yarn is composed of untwisted yarn,
the back layer yarn is composed of untwisted yarn,
at least one of the middle layer yarns is composed of twisted yarns,
the face layer yarns and the back layer yarns are bonded together directly and/or indirectly.
The present invention provides a yarn fabric in which the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn are bonded together by the twisted yarn of the intermediate layer yarn.
The present invention provides a woven fabric in which the twisted yarn is formed by twisting two or more single yarns.
The present invention provides a yarn fabric in which the twisted yarn is a two-ply yarn.
The invention provides a yarn fabric, in the yarn fabric, the untwisted yarn is a single yarn with a count of 30-80, and the single yarn forming the twisted yarn is a single yarn with a count of 60-160.
The present invention provides a woven fabric, wherein the woven fabric is an N-layer woven fabric, wherein N is an integer of 3 or more.
The present invention provides a gauze fabric in which the gauze fabric is a triple layer fabric.
The present invention provides a yarn fabric, wherein the yarn fabric is a sewing yarn fabric.
The invention provides a garment made of the yarn fabric.
The invention provides a bedding article which is made of the yarn fabric.
The yarn fabric of the present invention has a soft touch because the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn are formed of untwisted yarns.
The strength of a woven fabric made of untwisted yarns alone is poor. However, since the intermediate layer yarn is made of twisted yarn, the strength is good. Because of its high strength, it can be used as a raw material for various applications. Because of its good strength, the scrim of the present invention can be sewn. Namely, it can be used as a raw material for a sewn product.
The shrinkage rate of the surface layer (back layer) yarn is different from that of the intermediate layer yarn. As a result, the three-dimensional effect (thickness feeling) is strong. Although thick, it is light. The heat retaining property is excellent.

Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present invention. The first aspect of the invention is a scrim. The above-described yarn fabrics are used in various fields. However, when used in the field of sewing, the sewing machine can further exhibit its features. For example, as a raw material for clothes (evening dress, pajamas, shirts, etc.). But is not limited to garments. For example, it is used as a raw material for various products for infants. For example, it is used as a raw material for bed products. The yarn fabric is an N-layer fabric (N is an integer of 3 or more). From the viewpoint of weight and cost, N is preferably 3, 4, 5. More preferably N is 3 (three-layer fabric). The yarn of the surface layer of the yarn woven fabric is formed of an untwisted yarn. The yarn of the back layer of the woven fabric is formed of untwisted yarn. The yarn (at least one layer of yarn) provided between the yarn of the surface layer and the yarn of the back layer is formed of twisted yarn. The face layer yarns and the back layer yarns are bonded together directly and/or indirectly. For example, the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn are directly bonded by a yarn. Alternatively, the surface layer yarn and the intermediate layer yarn are directly bonded to each other by a yarn (particularly, a twisted yarn constituting the intermediate layer yarn), and the back surface layer yarn and the intermediate layer yarn are directly bonded to each other by a yarn (particularly, a twisted yarn constituting the intermediate layer yarn). As a result, the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn are indirectly bonded to each other through the intermediate layer yarn. The twisted yarn is preferably formed by twisting two or more single yarns. The twisted yarn is more preferably a double-ply yarn. The untwisted yarn is preferably a single yarn having a count of 30 to 80 (more preferably, a count of 40 to 70). A single yarn constituting the twisted yarn is preferably a single yarn having a count of 60 to 160 (more preferably, 80 to 140). When the twisted yarn is a two-ply yarn, the twisted yarn is composed of a single yarn having a count of 60 to 160 (preferably 80 to 140) and a single yarn having a count of 60 to 160 (preferably 80 to 140).
The yarn woven fabric of the above embodiment has a soft hand. That is, since the surface layer yarn and the back layer yarn are formed of untwisted yarn, the touch is soft. The strength of a woven fabric made of untwisted yarns alone is poor. However, the yarn woven fabric of the above embodiment has high strength because the intermediate layer yarn is made of a twisted yarn. Therefore, even if a load is applied, the cable is not easily broken. The sewing can be performed. Further, since the surface layer yarn (back layer yarn) is made of untwisted yarn and the intermediate layer yarn is made of twisted yarn, the three-dimensional effect is strong. This is because the shrinkage rate of the surface layer (back layer) yarn is different from that of the intermediate layer yarn. The thickness of the raw material increases due to the unevenness (three-dimensional property) caused by such a difference in shrinkage ratio and the expansion of the yarn caused by untwisting. As a result, the heat retaining property is excellent. Has flexibility. Although thick, it is lightweight.
A second aspect of the invention is a garment (evening dress, pajamas, shirts, etc.) or bedding article (e.g. sheets, blankets, etc.). The product is made of the yarn fabric.
The following examples illustrate more specific embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments. Various modifications and application examples are also included in the present invention without significantly impairing the characteristics of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a gauze (three-layer gauze) according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
Reference numerals 1, 2 denote yarns G constituting the first layer (surface layer: upper layer)1Warp yarns (longitudinal yarns). Reference numeral A, B is a yarn G constituting the first layer1Weft yarns (cross yarns). The warp yarns 1 and 2 and the weft yarn A, B are untwisted yarns (single yarns) having a count of 60.
Reference numerals 3, 4 denote yarns G constituting the second layer (intermediate layer)2The warp yarn of (1). Reference numeral C, D is a yarn G constituting the second layer2The weft yarn of (1). The warp yarns 3 and 4 and the weft yarn C, D are both doubled yarns. The double yarn is a twisted yarn (formed by using two single yarns with a count of 120).
Reference numerals 5 and 6 denote yarns G constituting the third layer (back layer: lower layer)3The warp yarn of (1). Reference numeral E, F denotes a yarn G constituting the third layer3The weft yarn of (1). The warp yarns 5 and 6 and the weft yarn E, F are untwisted yarns (single yarns) having a count of 60.
In the above yarn G1、G2、G3In the laminated yarn woven fabric, the warp yarn 3 (or the warp yarn 4) and the weft yarn B (or the weft yarn a) are interlaced at an appropriate position (place) (see fig. 1). I.e. through the intermediate layer yarn G2The yarn (warp yarn) 3 is twisted to form the yarn G of the second layer2With yarns G of the first layer1Are connected together.
In the above yarn G1、G2、G3In the laminated yarn woven fabric, the warp yarn 4 (or the warp yarn 3) and the weft yarn F (or the weft yarn E) are interwoven at an appropriate position (place) (see fig. 1). I.e. through the intermediate layer yarn G2The twisted yarn (warp yarn) 4, make the above-mentioned second layerYarn G of2With yarn G of the third layer3Are connected together.
The yarns of the present embodiment are combined by warp yarns (weft yarns).
Yarn G of the first layer1The yarn G of the second layer2And yarn G of the third layer3The yarn may be produced by the same weaving method as that of the conventional three-layer yarn woven fabric, but is not limited thereto.
In a conventional N-layer (N is an integer of 2 or more) woven fabric, the warp yarns of each layer are all the same. In contrast, in the woven fabric of N-layer (N is an integer of 3 or more) yarns according to the present invention, untwisted yarns are used as the yarns of the first layer (front layer) and the nth layer (back layer), and twisted yarns are used as the yarns of at least one layer of the intermediate layer. Therefore, when producing an N-layer (N is an integer of 3 or more) yarn web of the present invention, a device capable of supplying at least two kinds of yarns (non-twisted yarn and twisted yarn) is used.
Three-layer woven yarn was produced in which the warp yarns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 and the weft yarn A, B, C, D, E, F were untwisted yarns (comparative example 1).
A three-layer woven yarn in which the warp yarns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 and the weft yarn A, B, C, D, E, F were twisted yarns was produced (comparative example 2).
The warp yarns 1, 2, 5 and 6 and the weft yarn A, B, E, F were made of twisted yarns, and the warp yarns 3 and 4 and the weft yarn C, D were made of untwisted yarns (comparative example 3).
The warp yarns 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the weft yarn A, B, C, D were made of twisted yarns, and the warp yarns 5 and 6 and the weft yarn E, F were made of untwisted yarns (comparative example 4).
The three-layer woven fabrics of the embodiment and the three-layer woven fabrics of comparative examples 1, 2, 3, and 4 were compared in terms of the sewing properties. As a result, the three-layer woven yarn of comparative example 1 including only the untwisted yarn was inferior in sewing. The sewn portion of the three-layer gauze fabric garment (clothes) of comparative example 1 was split with only a small pulling force applied. In contrast, the three-layer woven fabric of the above embodiment is excellent in sewing. That is, the sewn portion of the garment (garment) of the three-layer gauze fabric of the above embodiment is not cracked. The three-layer yarn fabrics of comparative examples 2, 3 and 4 were also satisfactory in sewing.
The hand was compared between the three-layer woven fabrics of the above embodiment and the three-layer woven fabrics of comparative examples 1, 2, 3 and 4. As a result, the three-layer yarn woven fabric of the above embodiment (the warp and weft yarns of the yarns in the surface layer and the warp and weft yarns of the yarns in the back layer are substantially all untwisted yarns) has an excellent texture. In contrast, the triple layer yarn fabrics of comparative examples 2, 3 and 4 had poor hand. The flexibility was also poor. The twisted yarns 3 and 4 are rarely exposed from the surface (see fig. 1). However, the exposure ratio of the twisted yarns 3 and 4 is almost 0. Therefore, the hand feeling is poor.
In the three-layer woven fabric of the above embodiment, the surface layer yarn (back layer yarn) is made of an untwisted yarn, and the intermediate layer yarn is made of a twisted yarn, so that the three-dimensional effect is strong. The heat retaining property is excellent because of the strong three-dimensional effect. And is also flexible. Also, although thick, it is lightweight.
The foregoing describes a three layer scrim fabric. However, the present invention may be an N-layer (N is an integer of 4 or more) yarn woven fabric. In this case, the yarns of the front and back layers are formed of untwisted yarns, and the yarns of at least one layer of the intermediate layer are formed of twisted yarns. All the yarns of the intermediate layer may be formed of twisted yarns. In the case where the intermediate layer is two or more layers, at least one layer of the yarn may be formed of a twisted yarn. However, if the middle layer is a woven fabric of two or more N layers (N is an integer of 4 or more) and a woven fabric of three layers, the woven fabric of three layers is more preferable from the viewpoint of weight saving and cost.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a yarn fabric in which warp yarns (lengthwise yarns) are combined. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a yarn fabric incorporating weft yarns (cross-yarns). The yarn fabric of figure 1 differs from that of figure 2 only in the use of warp yarn bonding or weft yarn bonding. Since other points are the same, detailed description is omitted. The above combination may also use both warp and weft yarns.
The scrim of FIG. 1 being yarn G2And yarn G1Connecting yarn G2And yarn G3Examples of linking. However, the surface layer yarn G may be the surface layer yarn G1And back side layer yarn G3Intermediate layer yarn G directly joined so as to be sandwiched therebetween2The indirect connection mode.
In fig. 1, 2, the yarns are of different sizes. However, in the above embodiment, the warp yarns and the weft yarns have substantially the same size. However, the dimensions may also be different.
