Description

Wig and method for manufacturing the same
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a wig which can exhibit a sufficient three-dimensional feeling with a small amount of hair implanted on a wig base, can accurately control the amount of hair implanted on the wig base in accordance with a predetermined density set in advance, and can uniformly mix long hair and short hair by controlling them to a predetermined ratio, and a method for manufacturing the wig.
Background
Conventionally, wigs have been known which can provide a natural appearance by changing the length of hair planted on a wig base. For example, as shown in fig. 8, such a wig 20 is formed by forming a network with the fiber filaments 24 to obtain a net-like base, and attaching long hairs 30a, short hairs 30b, and hairs 30c of intermediate lengths to the net-like base. These hairs are tied to the network of filaments 24 to form knots 26. In the case of the wig 20 shown in fig. 8, natural hair appearance can be obtained by changing the length, thickness, and color of the hair (see patent document 1).
In addition, in order to obtain a natural hair appearance, patent document 2 discloses a wig using hair in which long hairs and short hairs are alternately arranged.
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 63-196705 (FIG. 1)
Patent document 2: showa 54-14154 publication
In a conventional wig, 1 or 2 or 3 concentrated hairs are folded back at the center, and the folded-back portion is tied to a net-like base, so that a pair of hairs extending upward from the tied proximal end portion are separated at a large angle. The hairs which are separated from each other on the left and right do not stand upright, but fall down toward the mesh base and extend along the surface of the mesh base, particularly near the leading end portions of the hairs, and actually fall down on the surface of the mesh base. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain a three-dimensional effect due to the standing property of hair, and the wig base is exposed when the implanted amount is small.
In addition, in the wigs having short hair as in the above patent documents 1 and 2, in order to set the length of the short hair to a length of 1 to 3cm, it is necessary to prepare human hair or artificial hair having a length of about 2 to 6cm, and to implant the hair after folding it into 1 to 3cm as described above. However, when the total length of human hair or artificial hair to be planted is short, particularly in the case of hair curling or hair waving, the planting operation is very difficult, the operation time increases, and the productivity decreases. Particularly, when the length of hair is shorter than 5cm, a skilled person cannot perform the operation of implanting the wig base, and thus, it is necessary to implant long hair, and the operation of trimming the hair to about 1 to 3cm each time is required, which is very inefficient.
After long hairs are planted on the entire area of the wig base, a method of improving the uprightness of the hairs by cutting the hairs with a comb cutter so that a part of the hairs become short hairs may be performed. Therefore, in the conventional method, it is impossible to accurately specify the implantation ratio of short hairs to long hairs.
However, in the production of a wig, the amount of hair to be implanted (implantation density) may be changed for each part of the wig. For example, the hair amount is planted in the head top area at 100% and the hair amount is planted around the head top at 80% or 70% to express a natural feeling, or the hair amount is planted at 50% in a specific portion to match the remaining hair of the user, or the hair amount is adjusted according to the request of the customer, and the hair amount is planted at a predetermined density in each specific portion of the wig base according to the preference or the symptom. Now, when a predetermined implantation density is set to 70% for example in some areas of a wig, when the implantation is performed at a predetermined density of 70% from the beginning, the formation is partially thick and the hair becomes patchy, and when a hair clipper is used to form short hair, the hair is trimmed to a predetermined density or less, or the hair becomes patchy and the appearance is deteriorated. Therefore, first, a hair transplantation technician performs hair transplantation on a wig base at 90 to 100%, then forms short hairs by using hair scissors to improve the erectness, and finally adjusts the whole density to about 70%, but as described above, extremely difficult operation is required.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a wig in which the amount of hair planted on a wig base is accurately planted in accordance with a predetermined density such as when the wig is produced, the ratio of the amount of long hair and short hair is controlled to a predetermined ratio in the predetermined density, the long hair and the short hair are sufficiently mixed in a harmonious manner and uniformly, and the mixture is planted on the wig base, thereby providing a desired three-dimensional effect due to the standing property of the hair.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a wig, which can easily perform a short hair setting operation between hairs.
In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, a wig according to the present invention includes a wig base and hair made of human hair or artificial hair implanted on the wig base, wherein the hair includes short hair and long hair, the short hair and the long hair are implanted on the wig base in a predetermined amount, and the short hair and the long hair are implanted while being controlled to be respectively implanted at predetermined ratios.
Further, according to the present invention, the short hairs and the long hairs have different curl diameters, and the short hairs are planted in the wig base while being controlled to be 20 to 50% of the amount of the hairs planted in the wig base.
According to the above configuration, the wig having a natural feeling is provided by implanting the hair at each specific part of the wig base in accordance with the predetermined amount (number) of the hair set in advance, and the wig is provided in accordance with the symptom or by implanting the hair at each part of the wig base in accordance with the different amount of the hair. Further, the short hair and the long hair are implanted while being controlled to a predetermined ratio, so that a wig exhibiting a different volume feeling for each part and having excellent hair uprightness is provided. Further, if the short hairs and the long hairs are different in curl diameter and the short hairs trimmed from the long hairs are arranged between the long hairs at a predetermined ratio, for example, 20 to 50%, the roots of the long hairs are supported by the short hairs positioned around the roots, so that the long hairs are more upright and the wig base is prevented from being exposed.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the short hairs are not constant in length, that each of the short hairs is not longer than one-half of the long hairs, and that the short hairs have a non-uniform hair length distribution in a range of 1 to 5 cm. Thus, short hairs can be arranged at arbitrary different lengths, so that a predetermined hair length distribution can be formed, and natural uprightness of the planted hairs can be formed.
When the short hair is curly and the curl diameter of the short hair is smaller than the curl diameter of the long hair, the base of the long hair is reliably supported by the short hair having a small curl diameter, whereby the long hair having a large curl diameter is curled in a natural state while the straightness is further improved.
When the short hairs and the long hairs are different in color from each other, the short hairs and the long hairs are mixed with each other and arranged substantially uniformly, so that the respective colors are sufficiently mixed, a color feeling which cannot be obtained by a conventional planting method is generated, and gradation of color can be generated. Furthermore, by providing a gradient in the distribution density of short hairs or providing a length distribution of short hairs, a more natural gradation of color can be produced.
Further, when the thicknesses of the short hair and the long hair are different from each other, for example, when thicker hair is used as the short hair, the long hair is more reliably supported by the short hair, the standing property of the long hair is improved, and the stereoscopic effect of the entire wig can be increased even when the amount of hair is small, thereby improving the appearance.
In order to achieve the above another object, the method of manufacturing a wig according to the present invention is characterized in that the method comprises: stage 1, hair planting is carried out on the wig substrate; a 2 nd stage of cutting the hairs planted in the 1 st stage into short hairs with a specified length; then, the 3 rd stage of planting long hair on the wig base and planting the long hair between the short hair.
The method of manufacturing a wig according to the present invention is characterized in that the method comprises: setting the mixing ratio of the short hair and the long hair planted on the wig base to a prescribed ratio, and planting the hair to be the short hair set to the prescribed ratio on the wig base at the same time 1 stage; a 2 nd stage of cutting the hairs planted in the 1 st stage into short hairs with a specified length; and 3 rd stage of planting the hair with the set long hair in the above-mentioned prescribed ratio between the short hairs of the above-mentioned wig base.
In the above configuration, in the 2 nd stage, for example, the hair to be short hair is planted in a manner of controlling a predetermined ratio of 20 to 50% of the amount of hair planted on the wig base, and the respective hairs are cut into short hair of a predetermined length and then cut to give a hair length distribution. In addition, in the 2 nd stage, the length of each short hair is preferably set to be less than half of the length of the long hair, and is preferably not uniform in the range of 1 to 5 cm. In the 3 rd stage, the long hair may be planted in a state of being controlled to a predetermined ratio to a predetermined density together with the short hair already planted.
According to the above-mentioned configuration 1, the hair planted on the wig base in the 1 st step is cut to a predetermined length in the 2 nd step to form short hair. Thus, in the step 1, the long hair can be planted with easy value setting operation. Then, since the hair is cut to a predetermined length in the 2 nd step, the short hair can be easily planted in a predetermined ratio, the operation can be completed in a short time, and the productivity is improved. After the short hair is formed in the step 2, the long hair is dispersed while controlling the ratio of the long hair to a predetermined ratio when the long hair is planted on the wig base. Thus, the problem of arranging short hairs in a non-patchy manner as in the case of trimming using a conventional hair clipper is eliminated, the natural feeling is improved, and the distribution density of the short hairs can be made to have a gradient.
According to the above-mentioned configuration of the second aspect, in the step 1, the ratio of the short hairs and the long hairs implanted on the wig base can be adjusted and set appropriately before the hairs to be the short hairs are implanted, so that the desired upright feeling can be provided and the implantation operation can be easily performed at a predetermined ratio.
Further, according to the method of the present invention, the hair planted on the wig base is trimmed to a predetermined length to form short hair in the 2 nd step. Thus, when the hair is planted, the long hair can be planted easily. Then, the short hair can be planted at a predetermined ratio to the long hair at a predetermined density by cutting the hair to a predetermined length, and the planting process can be completed in a short time, thereby improving the production efficiency.
Further, according to the present invention, in designing a wig, the amount of hair implanted on the wig base can be controlled to a desired amount of hair according to the state of thinning of hair or the amount of hair previously purchased from the user, and the distribution of long and short hairs or the distribution of short hairs can be arbitrarily and freely designed and adjusted, so that a wig can be produced according to the user's different needs.
According to the wig of the present invention, the short hair and the long hair planted on the wig base are planted in a predetermined mixing ratio, and thus an extremely excellent wig having excellent hair uprightness and a three-dimensional feeling can be provided.
According to the method of manufacturing a wig of the present invention, since the long hair that is easily implanted is implanted while being controlled to a predetermined ratio and then the long hair is cut to form the short hair, a wig having the short hair and the long hair can be easily manufactured in a short time.
In addition, according to the present invention, the density (number) of hairs implanted in the wig base can be determined to be a predetermined density set in advance for each part of the wig base when designing the wig. The ratio of the short hair to the long hair can be controlled to a predetermined ratio set in advance, and the implantation position can be strictly controlled to perform implantation. Therefore, the hair setting operation can be efficiently performed, and at the same time, a plurality of wigs having the same hair amount and hair distribution and having the same erection property and appearance can be provided, so that the user can have the same wig as a spare.
According to the present invention, in designing a wig, the amount of hair implanted on a wig base can be controlled strictly to a desired amount of hair according to a thin hair state or a pre-quotient with a user, and the distribution of long and short hairs or the distribution of short hairs can be arbitrarily and freely designed and adjusted according to the pre-quotient with the user or the desired design, so that a wig can be made according to different needs of the user.

Detailed Description
The invention will be explained in detail below on the basis of embodiments shown in the drawings.
First, the wig of the present invention will be described with reference to a schematic perspective view shown in fig. 1. As shown in FIG. 1, a wig 1 includes a wig base 2 to be mounted on a user's head and hair consisting of human hair or artificial hair implanted on the wig base 2, the hair including short hairs 3 and long hairs 4.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged view schematically showing the structure of the wig of fig. 1. As shown in the figure, the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 are tied by, for example, a cloud knot, a curly knot, a left-right knot, or a known tying method using these tying methods, which is used for tying a strand, for example, to the filaments of the wig base 2 using a net-like member or to the intersections thereof. In the figure, the nodes of the short hair 3 and the long hair 4 are 3a and 4a, respectively.
The method of implanting the mixed hair of the short hair 3 and the long hair 4 on the wig base 2 is the same as the known art, but conventionally, the short hair is formed by comb cutting in the subsequent process, and the long hair has to be randomly arranged. In contrast, in the wig 1 of the present invention, the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 can be planted on the wig base 2 in a predetermined amount of hair with respect to the wig base 2, and the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 can be planted while being controlled to be in predetermined ratios.
That is, in the present invention, how to set the total hair density (or the number of short hairs) of the long hairs and the short hairs, and what hair density distribution to plant on which region of the wig base, etc., can be strictly set according to the amount of the past quotient with the user when designing the wig.
In the total hair density distribution set as described above, the amount of hair transplantation on the wig base 2 can be strictly controlled to a desired amount by finely dividing the length of the short hairs 3 into a number of parts such as the number of cm and the like while observing the state of hair loss and thinning in designing the wig 1 by mixing the short hairs 3 at a certain ratio in which part of the head the short hairs 3 are mixed and setting the length of the short hairs 3 to a certain length depending on the part of the head. The distribution of the long hairs 4 and the short hairs 3 or the length distribution of the short hairs 3 may be arbitrarily and freely designed and adjusted according to the amount of the past negotiation with the user or the desired design.
Here, the predetermined density is a density of hairs (hair amount) of the total number of the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 actually planted, relative to the total hair amount (total hair number) that can be planted on the wig base 2, and can be strictly set at the time of designing the wig as described above. The predetermined ratio is a ratio of the number of short hairs 3 and long hairs 4 to the total number of short hairs 3 and long hairs 4 to be planted, which is determined by the predetermined density, in a specific hair planting region of the wig base, and is a mixing ratio.
In the present invention, the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 are planted on the wig base 2 in accordance with a predetermined amount of hair set in advance. The short hair 3 and the long hair 4 are implanted in a predetermined ratio determined at the time of designing the wig. Thus, the entire three-dimensional effect is adjusted, and the short hairs 3 are arranged between the long hairs 4, so that the root portions of the long hairs 4 can be supported by the short hairs 3 positioned around the long hairs 4, whereby the long hairs 4 can stand upright well and the wig base 2 can be prevented from being exposed.
Further, since the short hairs 3 are appropriately dispersed, the problem of arranging the short hairs 3 in a random and uneven manner as in the case of trimming using a conventional hair clipper is eliminated, the natural feeling is improved, and the distribution density of the short hairs 3 can be made to have a gradient.
The length of the short hairs 3 may not be constant and may have a hair length distribution. In this case, the short hairs 3 can be formed into a hair length distribution having different lengths. This makes it possible to form natural uprightness of the hair to be planted.
As the short hairs 3, curly hairs may also be used. The long hairs 4 may be straight hairs or may be curly hairs having a curling diameter larger than that of the short hairs 3. When the short hairs 3 are curly hairs, the root portions of the long hairs 4 are reliably supported by the short hairs 3 formed of curly hairs having a smaller curling diameter when the short hairs 3 are supported by the short hairs 3, whereby the uprightness is further improved, and the long hairs 4 having a larger curling diameter can be curled in a natural state.
The short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 may be different in color from each other. In this case, the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 are mixed with each other and arranged substantially uniformly, so that the respective colors are sufficiently mixed, and the color tone which cannot be obtained by the conventional planting method is generated and the gradation of the color can be generated. Further, by giving a gradient to the distribution density of the short hairs 3 or giving a length distribution to the short hairs 3, a more natural gradation of color can be produced.
The short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 may be different in thickness from each other. For example, when thick hair is used for the short hair 3, the short hair 3 can support the long hair 4 more reliably, so that the long hair 4 can be made upright better, and the cubic effect of the hair implanted in the wig can be increased. The short hair is preferably planted in a controlled ratio of 20 to 50% of the amount of the hair planted on the wig base 2. When the ratio is 20% or less, the hair uprightness is reduced. When the ratio is 50% or more, the amount of long hair is reduced, and the three-dimensional feeling of the hair is reduced, which is not preferable.
Here, the wig base 2 may be formed of a net member, an artificial skin, or a combination of an artificial skin and a net member. As the material of the mesh-like member having meshes, a material woven or knitted from monofilaments made of synthetic resin such as nylon or polyester, or a material made of nonwoven fabric can be used. As the material of the artificial skin, for example, a soft synthetic resin such as a polyurethane resin can be used. On the wig base 2, a matting treatment is more preferably performed in order to eliminate the gloss on the surface of the wig 1.
When hair is attached to the wig base 2 formed of the net-like member according to the above embodiment, for example, 1 or 2 or 3 hairs are folded in two at the center to form a loop at the fiber filaments constituting the net-like member or their intersections, the free end sides of the hairs forming a pair are inserted into the loop and pulled out, and one of the pair of hairs is tied to the other hair in two or three layers as necessary and fixed. When the wig base is formed of artificial skin, a so-called V-set method of inserting only hairs through the artificial skin and extracting one of the hairs may be used, or other known methods may be used.
According to the wig 1 of the present invention, the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 are planted on the wig base 2 in a predetermined amount of hair, and the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 are planted while being controlled to be in predetermined ratios. This makes it possible to provide a wig which has a good standing property of hair and a three-dimensional feeling while giving a volume and a flow of hair corresponding to various hair styles.
Next, a method for manufacturing a wig according to the present invention will be described.
Fig. 3 is a sectional view schematically showing each step in sequence in one embodiment of the method for manufacturing a wig according to the present invention.
First, as shown in fig. 3(a), a wig base 2 similar to the shape of the user's head or a wig base 2 formed corresponding to the shape of the user's head is prepared. The case shown in the figure is a description of a net-like base of the wig base 2 made of a net-like member in which monofilaments made of synthetic resin are plain-woven.
As shown in fig. 3(B), in the step 1, curls having a small curl diameter are planted as short hairs 5 on the mesh base 2. In order to facilitate the implantation operation, the length of the hair 5 to be initially implanted is sufficiently longer than the length of the predetermined short hair 3. The length is substantially as long as the long hairs 4, but may be longer or shorter than the long hairs 4.
The hairs 5 for the short hairs 3 are planted on the longitudinal and transverse filaments of the mesh-like base body 2 or on the intersections thereof. The hairs 5 are planted by folding the central portions of, for example, 1, 2, or 3 hairs 5 in two, and forming knots 5a in the mesh base 2 by hooking a dedicated hook to the folded-back portions of the respective hairs forming a pair.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing a pattern in which short hairs are implanted at a predetermined density in the step 1 of the method for manufacturing a wig of fig. 3. In fig. 4, the same applies to the artificial skin substrate other than the mesh substrate, and the vertical and horizontal intersections virtually represent the hair implantation positions. When hair is planted on all the intersections, a predetermined density of 100% is achieved. As shown in the figure, the hairs 5 to be short hairs (white circles (∘ marks) in the figure) at the intersections are tied to a predetermined density. The hair 5 to be short hair is planted at a predetermined ratio in consideration of the hairstyle, hair flow, and the like of the user.
In this embodiment, the implantation is performed until a predetermined density is reached, for example, 70%. Here, the predetermined density will be described with reference to fig. 4, and when the predetermined density is 100% when all the intersections of the mesh base are implanted with hairs as described above, the intersections of the mesh base are 49 positions in fig. 4 and 100% when all the hairs are implanted. Therefore, when the predetermined density is 70%, hairs are implanted at intersections of 70% of 49% of the intersections, that is, at 34 positions. On the other hand, when the predetermined ratio of the long hairs 4 to the short hairs 3 is set to 50% in the predetermined density of 70%, the number of the long hairs 4 and the number of the short hairs 3 are respectively half of the number of the hair roots of the predetermined density of 70%, that is, 35% of the predetermined density, respectively, and 17 long hairs and 17 short hairs are planted on the mesh base 2 in fig. 4. The positions where the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 are planted are set to be uniform and not to be deviated, but may be set appropriately according to the style of the wig 1.
When setting the hair setting amount and the mixing ratio of the long hairs 4 and the short hairs 3, for example, the hair thinning state in the head region of the user is checked, and the desired hair amount, the standing distribution, and the like are defined in designing the wig 1 in consideration of the hairstyle, the hair flow, and the like of the user. For example, the ratio of the short hair length to the long hair length is set to 50%, and the ratio of the short hair length to the long hair length is set to 20 to 35% from the top to the back and the side heads, and the like, so that the standing property from the top to the top is good.
Then, as shown in fig. 3(C), in the 2 nd step, the short hairs 5 planted on the wig base 2 are cut to a predetermined length, for example, about 1 to 3cm with scissors, thereby forming the short hairs 3.
When the short hairs 3 are formed, first, long hairs 5 (for example, about 20cm in total length) before trimming, which are to become short hairs, are planted on the wig base 2 in the step 1. At this time, 1 or 2 or 3 hairs of about 20cm in length are folded in half at the center to form a ring, and the free end sides of the pair of hairs are inserted into the ring in a state of being wound around the fiber yarn and tied, whereby a pair of hairs of about approximately 10cm are planted on the mesh substrate. The hairs 5 to be short hairs are planted in a predetermined density by repeating the planting operation in a predetermined number of hairs and a predetermined distribution pattern, and then cut to a predetermined length, for example, about 1 to 3cm, thereby forming short hairs 3 of a predetermined length.
Thus, the hair 5 to be short hair can be planted in a long state, so that the installation operation can be easily performed even by a non-skilled worker, the planting process can be performed in a short time, and the production efficiency is improved. The short hairs 3 can be planted in a predetermined distribution, and can be planted according to the original design without being arranged in a disordered manner as in the case of the short hairs trimmed by the conventional comb scissors, so that the natural feeling is improved.
The short hairs 3 do not need to be uniform to a constant length in order to form a hair length distribution. In this case, the hair 5 can be cut by inserting scissors obliquely, for example, so that short hairs having different lengths can be distributed. By appropriately forming the length distribution of the short hairs in this way, the stereoscopic impression due to the uprightness of the long hairs is further natural.
In the 3 rd step, as shown in fig. 3(D), the long hair 4 is planted on the wig base 2 so that knots 4a are formed on the net base 2 as in the case of short hair, and the curly hair having a straight or curled diameter is large. The long hairs 4 may be the same color and thickness as the short hairs 5, or may be the same color or different hue and color hairs for fashionability.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing a pattern for implanting long hairs in the above-described step 3. In fig. 5, the broken lines indicate filaments of the mesh-like base 2, and long hairs 4 (black circles (●) in the figure) are tied to the intersections of the filaments. As shown in the figure, the long hair 4 and the short hair 3 are planted in parallel to each other at a predetermined density, for example, at a value of 70%.
When the predetermined ratio of the long hairs 4 to the short hairs 3 is set to 50%, the long hairs 4 are planted on the mesh base 2 at a half of the amount (number) of hairs at a predetermined density of 70%, that is, at 35% of the predetermined density. The long hairs 4 may be implanted in accordance with a predetermined distribution pattern set in advance by the same method as the short hairs 3.
Finally, the wig is put on the head of a user and the length of the long hair is cut to a necessary length to adjust the length, thereby completing a wig having a predetermined hair style with a desired hair amount, good standing property and a rich three-dimensional feeling.
As described above, according to the present invention, the total amount of the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 implanted on the wig base 2 is set to a predetermined density, the ratio of the short hairs 3 to the long hairs 4 is set to a predetermined ratio, the long hairs 3 to be the short hairs 3 are implanted on the wig base 2 in accordance with the predetermined ratio at first, then the short hairs 3 are cut to a predetermined length to form the short hairs 3, the long hairs 4 to be the long hairs 4 are implanted between the implanted short hairs 3, and the long hairs 4 are cut to a predetermined length to form the long hairs 4, so that the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 can be implanted in accordance with the predetermined amount of the hairs, and the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 can be implanted at the predetermined mixing ratio, respectively, and a rich cubic wig can be obtained by the uprightness of the long hairs 4 supported by the short hairs 3.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view showing a state where short hairs and long hairs are implanted in the method of manufacturing the wig of fig. 3. As shown in fig. 6, the wig 1 manufactured according to the present invention is planted on the wig base 2 at a predetermined density of 70% as a whole by planting the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 at a predetermined density of 35% in this example. The long hairs 4 are supported by the short hairs 3 implanted nearby around the root portions thereof, so that the long hairs 4 are prevented from falling down, the standing property is improved, the stereoscopic impression is obtained, and the appearance of the wig base 2 is improved by the presence of the short hairs 3.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view showing a modified example of the implanted state of the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 of the wig 1 according to embodiment 2 of the present invention. In the wig manufactured according to the above 2 nd embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 are implanted at a density of 35% of the predetermined density, respectively. In the wig shown in fig. 7, the predetermined density of the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 is set to 70% that the wig base 2 is hardly exposed, and the predetermined ratio of the long hairs 4 to the short hairs 3 is set to 70% and 30%, respectively, as in the case shown in fig. 6. Therefore, the long hairs 4 and the short hairs 3 are implanted to a predetermined density of 49% and 21%, respectively.
In this way, if the predetermined ratio of the long hairs to the short hairs is adjusted to a predetermined ratio of 70% and the density of the long hairs 4 is increased relative to the predetermined ratio of 50% shown in fig. 6, the long hairs 4 are made to stand upright well due to the presence of the short hairs 3, the natural feeling is improved, and the effect that the wig base 2 is less likely to be exposed as a whole is obtained.
In the above embodiment, the wig base 2 is formed of a net-like base, but is not limited thereto, and may be an artificial skin base. In the above embodiment, the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 have the same color and the same thickness and the different curl diameters, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 may have different colors and different thicknesses, and these differences may provide a color feeling, a three-dimensional feeling, and the like that cannot be obtained by the conventional implanting method, thereby improving the natural feeling and the fashionability.
Example 1
Wig 1 was manufactured using the present invention as example 1.
The net base 2 as a wig base is prepared by covering a net made of synthetic resin such as nylon or polyester with a plaster model of the head shape of a wig wearer prepared in advance, applying a thermosetting resin solution, heating to about 100 ℃, and forming into a shape bent into the head shape.
In the first step 1, hair 5 is planted on the web-like substrate 2 at the intersections of the filaments and the cross-over points thereof, the hair being wound in a roll having a length of about 30cm and a small curl diameter. The hairs 5 are planted by folding the central portions of 1 hair 5 in two and hooking the folded portions of the respective hairs forming a pair with a special hook to form knots 5a on the mesh base 2. The initially planted hairs 5 have the same length of 15cm as the long hairs 4. The planting area of the net-shaped substrate 2 is set to 300cm2Since the predetermined density was set to 70%, the weight of hair having a length of 15cm was 50 g. Since the predetermined ratio of the number of hair roots of the short hairs 3 is set to 50%, the weight of the hair 5 planted at first is about 25 g.
In the 2 nd step, the hairs 5 planted on the mesh base 2 are cut into 3cm pieces to be short hairs 3 with scissors. The short hair 3 cut to 3cm is cut obliquely by scissors so that the length of the short hair 3 is 1 to 3cm, and the short hair 3 is given a length distribution.
In step 3, the curls having a large curl diameter and a total length of about 30cm are folded in half with respect to the mesh substrate 2, and tied at a predetermined attachment position, thereby setting long hairs 4 having a length of 15 cm.
Here, the short hair 3 and the long hair 4 are artificial hair made of nylon fiber yarn which is black and thick. The predetermined ratio of the long hairs 4 is set to 50% as the short hairs, and the long hairs are planted between the short hairs 3 at predetermined intervals.
Example 2
The wig 1 of the present invention was produced in the same manner as in example 1, except that the predetermined ratio of the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 was set to 33% and 67%, respectively.
Example 3
The wig 1 of the present invention was manufactured in the same manner as in example 2, except that the color of the short hairs 3 was set to dark brown and the color of the long hairs 4 was set to light brown.
Comparative example
In order to form short hair having a length of 3cm, a hair material having a total length of 6cm is used, and the hair material must be folded in two and planted on the wig base, so that even a skilled technician requires a considerable planting time. Therefore, after the hair having a length of 30cm is planted, a wig with short hair incorporated therein is produced according to the conventional method of producing short hair with a hair cutter. In this case, considering the formation of the mottled disorder by the hair clipper, the planting is usually carried out at a density of 90% because the planting is carried out at a density of 20 to 30% more than the predetermined density, which is 70% in the present example as in example 1, and the hair clipper is visually trimmed to about 70% after the planting.
The time required for implanting the wig of this comparative example was increased by 20% from that of example 1.
Then, the appearance inspection of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples was performed.
In the case of any of the wigs of examples 1 to 3, the hair set up was more upright than the hair set of the comparative example, and the wig had a three-dimensional appearance, and thus had an excellent appearance. In contrast, in the case of the comparative example, the uprightness of the planting was hardly observed. Further, in the wigs 1 of examples 1 to 3, the natural feeling was increased in the case of trimming the short hairs 3 to form the length distribution thereof.
The wigs of examples 2 and 3 had a smaller percentage of short hairs 3 than the wig of example 1 (33%), but had better appearance in terms of standing property and natural feeling than the wig of example 1.
In example 3, the short hairs 3 were dark brown and the long hairs 4 were light brown, so that the three-dimensional appearance was further improved, and the short hairs 3 and the long hairs 4 were mixed with each other and arranged substantially uniformly, so that the colors were dark brown near the root portion of the scalp and light brown at the tip portion of the scalp, and the colors were sufficiently mixed, so that the color feeling which could not be obtained by the conventional planting method was generated, and the excellent gradation was generated.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, and can be modified as appropriate within the scope of the present invention. The specific numerical values and the like described in the above embodiments may be appropriately changed as necessary.
In addition, the wig base 2 may be made of not only a net but also artificial skin. The wig base for artificial skin 2 having excellent artificial skin can be produced by applying a polyurethane resin to a plaster model having a shape of the head of a wig wearer prepared in advance in a predetermined thickness, and drying and molding the resulting product. When the short hairs and the long hairs are controlled to be in the specified density and the specified proportion and are installed on the wig base body 2 of the artificial skin, the preset density, the distribution pattern of the short hairs and the long hairs are drawn on the back surface of the artificial skin through marks and the like, the paper on which the density, the short hairs and the long hairs are drawn is pasted on a male die of a head shape, the artificial skin base body is overlapped on the paper, and the artificial skin base body is planted according to the distribution pattern penetrating through the artificial skin base body, so that the operation efficiency is improved. In addition, a plurality of desired wigs that are substantially identical can be produced by such a pattern.
