Abstract
Provided is a floor hinge including a base fixed to the ground, a body disposed in a door panel , an axle pivotally disposed in the body , and a damping unit disposed in the body and abutting against the axle . To allow the door panel to open or shut, the body rotates about the axle in response to the opening and shutting of the door panel . The damping unit is pushed by the axle to thereby compress a hydraulic oil stored in the body while the body is rotating. Therefore, not only can the floor hinge be fixed to the door panel from inside easily, but a hydraulic resistance between the damping unit and the hydraulic oil is also generated to lessen door-opening and door-shutting forces.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a floor hinge, and more particularly, to a floor hinge hidden in a door panel.
Background
When a common hinge is installed on a door panel, the door panel has a certain weight, and after the hinge is used for a period of time, an unstable condition gradually occurs at a rotating shaft of the hinge, so that the door panel begins to sag, and thus, the door panel easily collides with the ground in the opening and closing process, and even breaks may be caused in a severe case. Therefore, most current door panels use hinges to provide the function of opening and closing the door.
However, in the case of the in-place hinge, although the advantages of low failure rate and high bearing weight are obtained, and the opening angle and the autoregressive speed can be adjusted, when the hinge is installed, a groove needs to be excavated on the ground in advance according to the size of the ground hinge, then the ground hinge is embedded and fixed in the groove, and the door panel is usually installed after waiting for one or two days, so that the installation of the hinge is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and once it rains, water is easily accumulated in the groove, and the problem that the ground hinge is easily rusted is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a floor hinge hidden in a door panel, which is easy to install and can provide proper resistance to open and close the door while opening and closing the door.
In order to achieve the above object, the floor hinge of the present invention comprises a base, a body, a shaft, and a damping unit. The base is used for being fixed on the ground; the body is used for being fixed in a containing groove of the door panel and is provided with an oil storage space for storing hydraulic oil and a shaft hole vertically communicated with the oil storage space; the rotating shaft is pivoted in the shaft hole of the body and is provided with a shaft lever and an eccentric cam arranged on the shaft lever, and one end of the shaft lever extends out of the shaft hole and is connected with the base, so that the body can rotate around the rotating shaft along with the opening and closing action of the door panel; the damping unit is arranged in the oil storage space of the body and is abutted against the eccentric cam of the rotating shaft, so that the damping unit can be pushed by the eccentric cam to push hydraulic oil to generate resistance for opening and closing the door. Therefore, the floor hinge is mainly characterized in that the body is fixed in the accommodating groove of the door plate, the ground does not need to be excavated, the installation process is quite simple and convenient, and proper oil pressure resistance can be provided to buffer the force of opening and closing the door when the floor hinge is used.
In the ground hinge provided by the invention, the base is provided with a fixing plate, an adjusting plate and a plurality of adjusting screws, the fixing plate is used for being fixed on the ground and is provided with a groove, the periphery of the fixing plate is provided with a plurality of screw holes communicated with the groove, the adjusting plate is arranged in the groove of the fixing plate and is connected with the shaft lever of the rotating shaft, and the adjusting screws are respectively arranged in the screw holes and abut against the adjusting plate. Therefore, the adjusting plate can deflect, move forwards and backwards or move leftwards and rightwards relative to the fixing plate under the support of the adjusting screws so as to adjust the deviation of the door plate, and the door plate can be completely closed to solve the problem of deviation.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a floor hinge 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is applicable to various door panels 12, such as iron doors or solid wood doors, and the type of the door panels 12 is not particularly limited as long as the bottom edge of the door panel 12 has a receiving groove 14 for mounting the floor hinge 10 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the floor hinge 10 includes a base 20, a body 30, a rotating shaft 40, and a damping unit 50.
The base 20 has a fixing plate 21, an adjusting plate 22, a plurality of adjusting screws 23, 24, and two end plates 25. The center of the fixed plate 21 is provided with a rectangular groove 212, the left and right sides of the rectangular groove 212 are respectively provided with two through holes 214, the fixed plate 21 can be fixed on the ground by embedding a plurality of mutually screwed fixed screws 26 and nail sleeves 27 in the ground through the through holes 214, in addition, two opposite long sides of the fixed plate 21 are respectively provided with two screw holes 216, each short side of the fixed plate 21 is provided with a screw hole 216, and each screw hole 216 is communicated with the rectangular groove 212; the adjusting plate 22 is arranged in the rectangular groove 212 of the fixing plate 21 and has a fitting hole 221 at the center, and the size of the adjusting plate 22 is smaller than that of the rectangular groove 212, so that the adjusting plate 22 can move in the rectangular groove 212; the adjusting screws 23 and 24 are respectively arranged in the screw holes 216 of the fixing plate 21 and abut against the periphery of the adjusting plate 22, so that the adjusting plate 22 can deflect, move front and back or move left and right relative to the fixing plate 21; the end plates 25 are coupled to the left and right ends of the fixed plate 21, but may be omitted as required.
The main body 30 is locked in the receiving slot 14 of the door panel 12 by two top plates 32, as shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the oil storage space 34 is divided into a chamber 342, an oil guide channel 344, and a valve hole 346, the oil guide channel 344 communicates with the chamber 342, the valve hole 346 communicates with the chamber 342 and the oil guide channel 344, and the body 30 has a shaft hole 348, and the shaft hole 348 is vertically communicated with the chamber 342 of the oil storage space 34. In addition, an end cap 36 is respectively plugged at both ends of the body 30 to close the cavity 342 of the oil storage space 34, and an oil quantity adjusting valve 38 is installed in the valve hole 346 of the body 30 to adjust the flow rate of the hydraulic oil.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rotating shaft 40 is pivotally disposed in the shaft hole 348 of the main body 30 through two bearings 46 and sealed by a sealing cover 48. The rotating shaft 40 has a shaft rod 42 and an eccentric cam 44 disposed on the shaft rod 42, the shaft rod 42 has an inserting end 422 extending out of the shaft hole 348, and the inserting end 422 is inserted and fixed in the inserting hole 221 of the adjusting plate 22 of the base 20, so that the rotating shaft 40 and the adjusting plate 22 can be synchronously operated.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the damping unit 50 is accommodated in the chamber 342 of the oil storage space 34 of the body 30, and has a piston 51, a fixed block 52, and an elastic member 54. The piston 51 has a long slot 512 for the shaft rod 42 of the rotating shaft 40 to pass through, and one end of the piston 51 has an oil drainage hole 514, and a pressure relief valve 55 is installed in the oil drainage hole 514; the fixed block 52 is fixed to the piston 51 by a bolt 53 and abuts against the eccentric cam 44 of the rotating shaft 40, so that the fixed block 52 is pushed by the eccentric cam 44 of the rotating shaft 40 to push the piston 51 when the body 30 pivots along with the door panel 12; the two ends of the elastic element 54 respectively abut against the piston 51 and one of the end caps 36 of the body 30 to provide the restoring force for the piston 51.
The above is a detailed mechanism of the floor hinge 10 of the present invention, and the operation and features of the present invention will be described below.
When the door panel 12 is pushed open, the body 30 pivots around the rotating shaft 40 along with the opening of the door panel 12, the piston 51 is pushed by the eccentric cam 44 of the rotating shaft 40 to move in the chamber 342 of the oil storage space 34, and the hydraulic oil is squeezed by the piston 51 and flows from the left end of the piston 51 to the right end of the piston 51 through the oil guide channel 344 and the oil amount adjusting valve 38; once the door panel 12 begins to close, the piston 51 is pushed by the elastic member 54 to squeeze the hydraulic oil, and the hydraulic oil is forced to push the relief valve 55 to flow into the chamber 342 from the relief hole 514 and to flow toward the left end of the piston 51 until the door panel 12 is completely closed. To adjust the door closing speed of the door panel 12, the amount of oil can be adjusted by the oil amount adjustment valve 38.
On the other hand, if the door 12 cannot be completely closed when closed, the front and rear adjusting screws 23 can be used to push against the two long sides of the adjusting plate 22, so that the adjusting plate 22 can deflect or move back and forth in the groove 212, and thus the rotating shaft 40 and the body 30 can be used to correct the rotating offset or the front and rear offset of the door 12, as shown in fig. 5A and 5B; in addition, the two short sides of the adjusting plate 22 can be abutted by two other adjusting screws 24 to correct the left and right deviation of the door panel 12, as shown in fig. 5C.
As can be seen from the above description, the ground hinge 10 of the present invention is installed by fixing the base 20 on the ground, hiding the body 30 in the door plate 12, and connecting the base 20 and the body 30 through the rotating shaft 40 to complete the installation, without digging the ground, the installation process is simple and convenient, and can avoid the problem of accumulated water and rusting, and in addition, the hydraulic resistance provided between the damping unit 50 and the hydraulic oil can be used to cushion the force of opening and closing the door, and the ground hinge 10 of the present invention can be finely adjusted according to the position of the door plate 12 after the installation is completed, so that the door plate 12 can be closed to solve the problem of deviation, thereby achieving the purpose of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. A floor hinge hidden in a door panel, the bottom edge of the door panel having a receiving slot, the floor hinge comprising:
the base is used for being fixed on the ground and provided with a fixed plate, an adjusting plate and a plurality of adjusting screws, the fixed plate is used for being fixed on the ground and provided with a groove, a plurality of screw holes communicated with the groove are formed in the periphery of the fixed plate, the adjusting plate is arranged in the groove of the fixed plate, the adjusting screws are respectively arranged in the screw holes and abut against the adjusting plate, and the adjusting plate is used for adjusting the position of the adjusting plate relative to the fixed plate;
the body is used for being fixed in the accommodating groove of the door panel and is provided with an oil storage space for storing hydraulic oil and a shaft hole which is vertically communicated with the oil storage space;
a rotating shaft which is pivoted in the shaft hole of the body and is provided with a shaft lever and an eccentric cam arranged on the shaft lever, wherein one end of the shaft lever extends out of the shaft hole and is connected with the adjusting plate; and
the damping unit is arranged in the oil storage space of the body and is abutted against the eccentric cam of the rotating shaft, so that the damping unit can be pushed by the eccentric cam to push hydraulic oil to generate resistance for opening and closing the door.
2. The ground hinge hidden in a door plank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the groove of the fixing plate and the adjusting plate are both rectangular, and the size of the adjusting plate is smaller than the size of the groove of the fixing plate.
3. The ground hinge hidden in door plank of claim 1, wherein said base further has two end plates, said two end plates are respectively connected to two ends of said fixed plate.
4. The ground hinge hidden in door plank of claim 1, wherein said fixing plate is fixed on the ground by a plurality of mutually screwed fixing screws and nail sleeves.
5. The ground hinge hidden in a door plank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing plate has an embedding hole, the shaft of the rotating shaft has an embedding end for embedding in the embedding hole.
6. The floor hinge hidden in a door plank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the damping unit has a piston, a fixing block, and an elastic member, the piston has a slot for the shaft rod of the rotating shaft to pass through, the fixing block is disposed on the piston and abuts against the eccentric cam of the rotating shaft, and one end of the elastic member abuts against the piston.
7. The floor hinge hidden in door plank of claim 6, wherein said damping unit further has a pressure relief valve installed in an oil relief hole of said piston.
8. The floor hinge hidden in the door panel of claim 1, further comprising an oil quantity adjusting valve, wherein the oil storage space of the body has a cavity, an oil guiding channel, and a valve hole, the cavity is accommodated by the damping unit and is communicated with the shaft hole, the oil guiding channel is communicated with the cavity, and the valve hole is communicated with the cavity and the oil guiding channel for the oil quantity adjusting valve to be disposed.
9. The ground hinge hidden in a door as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body is locked in the slot of the door by two top plates.
