Description
The invention relates to a cigarette pack with an outer part consisting of a prismatic base and a cap attached to it for opening and closing the pack and with an inner part that envelops the cigarette pack vapor and/or aroma-proof and has a front wall, a back wall, front wall side plates, back wall side plates and a removal opening that can be closed by a resealable adhesive bubble.
This compact and sealed inner wrapper has an opening for the cigarettes which is closed by a separate label. The barrier material is soft and requires a supporting inner frame to seal the seams, which simultaneously protects the inner cigarettes from mechanical damage and from thermal stress during the sealing process. The remote support of the inner wrapper provides a support in the area of the cap for the re-entry of a re-entry of the cigarette which prevents the re-entry of the cigarette after the re-entry of the re-entry of the cigarette. This is achieved by means of a small supporting frame on the inside of the pack, which, due to its external pressure and the pressure of the re-entry, provides a support in the area of the cap for the re-entry of the cigarette.
The most important thing is to ensure that the packaging is not too heavy and that the packaging is not too heavy, and that the packaging is not too heavy.
A further disadvantage of US-A-6164 444 is that an inner frame made of cardboard is in direct contact with the wrapped cigarettes, since tobacco products, and in particular cigarettes, are known to be capable of absorbing, in direct contact, foreign odors from cardboard, which then change the taste of the smoke when smoked.

Finally, WO 99/28212 reveals a rigid cigarette packaging encased in a barrier material in the form of a plastic film laminate or a metallized film.
The purpose of the invention is to improve a cigarette pack of the above-mentioned type so that it can be manufactured in a simpler and at the same time more gentle way than a cigarette pack.
The interior of the invention can be stamped as a flat cut from a vapor- and aromatic-proof material, such as cardboard coated on at least one side with a barrier material such as plastic or metal, or from another suitable film.
The invention is further explained by examples of execution, as shown below:Figure 1a first example of execution in perspective with packaging and interior design;Figure 2a diagram of the interior of an execution in unrolled form as a cross-section of the figure 1a diagram of a cross-section of an execution with a rectangular packaging and rectangular interior;Figure 3a diagram of a cross-section of an execution with a rectangular packaging and an octagonal interior design;Figure 3a diagram of a cross-section of an execution with a rectangular packaging and an octagonal interior design;Figure 3a diagram of a cross-section of an execution with a rectangular packaging and an octagonal interior design;Figure 3a diagram of an execution with a rectangular packaging with four and a half-inch packaging;Figure 5a diagram of an octagonal packaging with five and a half-inch packaging;Figure 6a diagram of an execution with four and a half-inch packaging;Figure 5a diagram of an octagonal packaging with five and a half-inch packaging;Figure 6a diagram of an octagonal packaging with five and a half-inch packaging;Figure 5a diagram of an octagonal packaging with five and an octagonal packaging with five and a half-inch packaging;Figure 6a diagram of an octagonal packaging with five and an octagonal packaging with five and an octagonal packaging;Figure 5 and an octagonal packaging with five and an octagonal packaging with five and an octagonal packaging;Figure 6;Figure 5 and an octagonal packaging with five and an octagonal packaging with five and an octagonal packaging with five and an octagonal packaging;Figure 6;Figure 8 with an octagonal packaging with an octagonal packaging with five and an octagonal packaging with five and an octagonal packaging;Figure 8 and an octagonal packaging with five and an octagonal packaging;Figure 8;
Figure 1 shows in the right part an octagonal pack 1 as a cigarette pack in the form of a folding box with a base 5 and a swivel cap attached to it via a fold line. In the base 5 an inner part 2 is used, which in the embodiment shown has a different cross-sectional shape from the base 5 namely rectangular. However, it should be noted that the cross-section of the inner part 2 can also be octagonal, as shown in Figure 4, where the pack 1 is to be rectangular in cross-section. Of course, pack 1 and the inner part 2 can also have the same cross-sectional shape, i.e. rectangular, open, or oval. Both rectangular sections can be rounded or curved, as is the case with the PCT1/EPT139 and the C4/4/EPT139 pack.
The inner part 2 has a withdrawal opening 3 for removing cigarettes when the cap 6 is folded backwards as shown in Figure 1 and an adhesive flask 4 is detached from the inner part 2 as shown in Figure 2.
Figure 2 shows the inner part 2 in a wrapped form only as a cut of a barrier material. The material for the cut is metallized or plastic-coated cardboard, plastic foil, etc. In one embodiment the inner part 2 is punched or cut from a cut of cardboard made of barrier material, in another embodiment made of plastic foil, so that when folded it forms a container acting as a vapor or aroma barrier with a front wall 10, a back wall 12, side walls 14 and 14' and a bottom 16.
The section for the inner part 2 in Figure 2 has the following parts, connected in straight lines from right to left, separated only by fold lines: the front wall 10, a bottom 16, the rear wall 12 and the adhesive bar 4. At the front wall 10 close up and down and thus on both sides, front wall side flaps 11, 11', at the floor 16 close up and down on both sides, floor side flaps 15, 15', and at the rear wall 12 close up and down again and thus on both sides, rear wall side flaps 13, 13'. In the case of folded sections, the rear wall side flaps 13, 13' are covered by the front side flaps 11, 11' and are thus identified or sealed, thereby separating the ground in Figure 1 from the ground 15, 15, 15' and 15' and the rear wall sides 13, 12' and 13' respectively. In addition, the inside flaps 13, 15' and 12' are transformed into the rear wall sides 13, 15' and 13' and the inside flaps 13, 15' and 12' are thus identified and sealed.
The front wall 10 of inner part 2 also has a U-shaped cut 21 at its right edge of Figure 2, which is an upper edge 18 of inner part 2 folded as shown in Figure 1, extending downwards from the upper edge 18 parallel to the side walls 14, 14' and ending at a distance of 0.5 to 3 cm. In this way, an opening 3 for removing cigarettes is formed. Furthermore, in the area adjacent to section 21 of front wall 10 each front wall valve 23, 23' is connected to a front wall valve 23, 23', which in the folded state lies above a column section 19, 19' as shown in Figure 1 and is then bent or folded. For this purpose, the connected column sections 19, 19' are placed next to the front walls 23, 23' and 23, but they are not connected to the inner edge of the front wall, but to the front walls 11, 18' and 11' above which they are attached to a column line, but to the inner edge of the column line.
Cigarettes not shown in Figure 1 are therefore partly held by the 19, 19' collar sections, which extend over the whole width of the side walls 14, 14' and over part of the front wall 10 and end at the edges of the intake opening 3.
In one embodiment, the adhesive or sealing edge 44 is formed by cutting a protective film 43 onto the adhesive film 4 which only releases one adhesive edge as wide as the width 19 of the upper collar section 19' across the inner part 2. In another embodiment, the adhesive or sealing strip 44 has the shape of a fluid edge of approximately equal width. In another embodiment, the adhesive or sealing edge 44 is formed by cutting a protective film 43 onto the adhesive film 4 which releases only one adhesive edge as wide as the width 19' across the upper collar section 19' of the inner part 2. In another embodiment, the adhesive or sealing strip 44 has the shape of a fluid edge of approximately equal width. In this embodiment, the adhesive or sealing edge 44 forms a protective film 43 which adheres to the outer edge of the collar section 19' and 42' without folding and folds, and thus, in the case of the opening, the edge 44' and 42' and 42' without folding, the protective film 44's edge is approximately the same width as the outer edge 19' and 42' and so on the inside edge of the collarge 44' and 42' and so on the inside of the collarge of the collarge, the same edge.
In the illustrated embodiment, the collar sections 19, 19' extend from the side walls 14, 14' to the edge of the intake opening 3. In addition, their free edge 119 runs parallel to the side walls 14, 14'.
In another embodiment, the adhesive bar is made of one piece and the same material as the remaining cut of the inner part 2, with the corresponding adhesive applied to the adhesive or sealing edge 44 in counterpressure.
Finally, Figures 3 to 6 show that a rectangular, octagonal or oval pack 1 may contain a rectangular, octagonal or oval inner part 2.
In detail, Figure 3 shows a rectangular package 1 in which a rectangular inner part 2 is inserted.
Figure 3a shows a rectangular package 1', in which an octagonal inner part 2' is inserted.

Figure 3c shows a rectangular package 1', in which an oval inner part 2'' is inserted.
Figures 4 to 4c, 5 to 5c and 6 to 6c show similar representations, with the same parts having the same reference marks.
As can be seen from the following embodiments, in Figures 4, 5 and 6, the cross-sectional shape of package 1 is the same, while the cross-sectional shape of the inserted part 2 is different.
