Description

用于窗、门或屋正面单元的框架
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分的用于窗、门或屋正面单元的框架。
除去带有共同构成外观的窗框和窗扉框外,还已知所谓的板式窗,它们都包括在本发明内。
在做成板式窗的窗户、门或屋正面单元中框架具有一外部的窗扉止挡,它在窗户外侧完全或几乎完全遮盖窗扉框,因此在理想情况下从外面再也看不到它。
图3表示一个这种类型的、专利申请人内部技术状况的板式窗的例子。表示的是一个由金属型材外壳组成的隔热型材,它们构成框架和扉框,并通过隔离条连接。隔离条在型材外壳之间构成一隔热平面,它们使得从一个型材外壳到另一个的热流限制在最小限度内。因此隔离条的材料是不良导热体,通常由塑料组成。
由隔离条连接的型材后面称为复合型材。这种具有耐剪切连接的复合型材的优点是相对于单个元件具有更高的强度-由此得到一更好的静态性能。在计算复合型材的静态性能时复合的单个元件的不同材料或强度通过计算公式中的折减系数加以考虑。
窗、门或屋正面单元的框架不是构成成为一堵墙或其他构件的外部关闭装置就是配备第二个用于外斜前筋(Laibungssteg)的止挡。按照另一种方案,框架也可以配备一种插接凸台,它用来与一相邻元件的相应插接缺口相嵌合。按现有技术的图3的板式窗具有这一类型的框架。
图3中的板式窗的框架设计成可插接的元件连接(也称为插入式型材),其中它可以补偿热膨胀,并常常用在房屋正面。可插接的框架型材或所属的插入式型材通常不用螺钉连接。
为了在插入式型材的框架中得到从一个型材到另一个的平整交接,建议框架的内型材和外型材各自具有外臂,它们例如做成台阶式的(见平面A和B),其中型材臂在与台阶的连接处具有背向扉框向外指的段,它们相互紧靠在一起,并构成在玻璃或房屋正面平面内的插接凸台的内壁。虽然相互紧密靠在一起的型材臂相互通过隔离条相互连接,但是在这个区域内由于相互紧靠在一起的型材臂之间较大的热传递降低了框架的隔热效果。
其次为了保证充分地补偿由温度变化引起的膨胀和保证良好的导向要求,框架的型材臂在凸台区内与框架其余的尺寸相比做得比较长。但是为了保证在凸台区内框架足够好的静态性能,型材臂具有较大的壁厚。
因此本发明的目的是相对于现有技术,这样地改进这一种类型的窗、门或房屋正面单元,使得对于用来制造做成插入式型材的框架的金属的材料需要减小,并改善框架凸台区域内的隔热性。
本发明通过权利要求1的内容达到这一目的。因此按照本发明设想,使得框架插接凸台的隔离条的至少一个的固定区和根部区域在框架内、外型材上,相互错开地设置在门、窗或房屋正面平面内。通过这一措施使得在插接凸台区域内框架的内、外型材的臂可以明显缩短或完全省掉。因此隔离条几乎承担了内型材上型材臂的任务。用来制造框架所需要的金属材料减少并改善了隔热性,因为导热性好的金属被隔离条导热性差的塑料取代。
如果构成插接凸台外壁的隔离条具有空腔,尤其是配备加强横档的空腔,那么按本发明的型材达到特别好的静态性能。
按照本发明另一种设想,至少一个设置在扉框内、外型材之间的隔离条从内型材向外型材逐渐变细,最好这样,使扉框的逐渐变细的隔离条在其内型材处具有比在外型材处更宽的根部区域。这种结构简单的解决办法使得可以令人惊讶地即使在较大的窗户尺寸时也能采用具有窄的正面宽度的型材。
本发明其他优良的结构可从其余从属权利要求中得到。
下面参照附图借助于一个实施例对本发明作较详细的说明。它们表示:

图3一个按现有技术的板式窗的框架的横截面。
按图1板式窗的复合框架1具有一铝制内型材3和一铝制外型材5,它们通过两个相互平行放置的、由不良导热材料、尤其是塑料组成的隔热条或者说隔离条7,9相互固定连接。在外型材5上垂直于框架1的主要延伸方向(或者平行于玻璃平面)生成一止档筋11,它在窗户外侧完全或几乎完全遮盖扉框13,使得从外面看不到扉框。
复合扉框13本身具有一铝制内型材15和一相对于内型材较小的铝制外型材17(注:框架和扉框的内、外型材也称为内壳和外壳),其中内型材15通过一唯一的、同样由不良导热的塑料组成的隔离条19与外型材17固定连接。一内密封件21、一外密封件23和一条25使用于玻璃板27的镶玻璃槽口变得完整。
因为设置在扉框13的内、外型材15、17之间的隔离条19从内型材向外型材逐渐变细,可以实现具有显得特别窄的外观宽度但是由于良好的静态特性允许比较大的元件(窗户)尺寸的外型材。良好的静态数值特别是通过槽形地嵌入内壳上的凹槽31内的隔离条的根部区域设计得比较大的可能性得到。由于隔离条19逐渐变细内型材15处的根部区域29做得比嵌入外型材17上的相应凹槽35内的根部区域33宽。隔离条19逐渐变细的结构由在不同水平面上的滚压造成。此外隔离条19逐渐变细的结构在抵消重力和出现的力矩时有利于力的分布。
其次在隔离条19或其顶壁上靠近外壳17的根部区域33内生成一伸入框架和扉框1,13之间的凹槽内的筋36,它超出扉框外型材17的边界伸入框架与扉框之间的凹槽内。这个筋36和中间密封件37一起构成前腔39与配件腔41的边界。其次由图1可以看出,扉框13的隔离条19超出扉框内型材15的边界伸入凹槽或配件腔41内。这优良地附加地防止配件腔41内可能的锁紧元件从外部破坏或防止用力过大。
其次如图2可见,框架配备一插接凸台43,其中隔离条9构成框架插接凸台一静力学的重要部分,仅仅在框架1的外侧上被框架1的外型材的一臂45遮盖,因此从外面看不到它。但向内部方向隔离条9承担了否则需要内型材的突起臂完成的静力学任务。为此框架1的插接凸台的隔离条9在框架1的内、外型材3,5上的固定区和根部区域47,49沿窗户延伸方向E相互错开设置。
为了提高强度隔离条具有多个空腔51,附加的加强横档53穿过这些空腔分布。其次插接凸台的隔离条9具有一第一基础筋55,在它上面一体形成朝向内型材3的根部区域47,还具有一与第一基础筋65平行的第二基础筋57,在它上面一体形成朝向外型材5的根部区域49,并具有至少两条基本上垂直于基础筋分布的横向筋59,它将第一和第二基础筋55,57相互连接。隔离条9附加地借助于一一体成形在第一基础筋55上的支承凸耳61支承在外型材5上,使得用其他壁53和55以及筋45和支承凸耳61构成一静力学三角形。

Claims (9)

1.用于窗、门或房屋正面单元的带有一用来装入房屋正面的插接凸台的框架,具有:
a)做成插入式型材的,分别带有至少一个金属内型材(3)和一金属外型材(5)的框架(1),内、外型材借助于至少两个隔离条(7,9)相互连接,其中至少一个隔离条(9)构成框架插接凸台(43)的一部分;
b)框架最好与一分别带至少一个金属内型材(15)和一金属外型材(17)的扉框(13)共同作用,内、外型材借助于至少一个隔离条(19)相互连接,
其特征在于:
c)框架(1)插接凸台(43)的隔离条(9)在框架(1)内、外型材(3, 5)上的固定区和根部区域(47,49)相互错开设置,和
d)各个臂(4,5)安装在内或外型材上,型材完全遮盖隔离条(9)的一侧。
2.按权利要求1的用于窗、门或房屋正面单元的框架,其特征在于:隔离条(9)在插接凸台(43)区域内构成框架的朝向窗、门或房屋正面单元内侧的外壁。
3.按权利要求1或2的用于窗、门或房屋正面单元的框架,其特征在于:插接凸台的隔离条(9)具有空腔(51)。
4.按权利要求3的用于窗、门或房屋正面单元的框架,其特征在于:隔离条的至少一个空腔(51)具有一个或几个加强横档(53)。
5.按权利要求1的用于窗、门或房屋正面单元的框架,其特征在于:插接凸台的隔离条具有以下结构:
·一第一基础筋(55),其上一体成形出朝向内型材的根部区域(47);
·一平行于第一基础筋的第二基础筋(57),其上一体成形出一朝向外型材(5)的根部区域(49);
·至少两个基本上垂直于基础筋分布的横向筋(59),它们将第一和第二基础筋相互连接。
6.按权利要求1的用于窗、门或房屋正面单元的框架,其特征在于:隔离条(9)借助于一支承凸耳(61)支承在外型材上,支承凸耳在隔离条的根部区域(49)处侧向错开设置在外型材(5)上。
7.按权利要求1的用于窗、门或房屋正面单元的框架,其特征在于:外型材(5)的臂(45)构成插接凸台(43)朝向元件外侧的壁。
8.按权利要求1的用于窗、门或房屋正面单元的框架,其特征在于:设置在与框架共同作用的扉框(13)的内、外型材(15,17)之间的至少一个隔离条从内型材向外型材逐渐变细。
9.按权利要求8的用于窗、门或房屋正面单元的框架,其特征在于:扉框(13)的逐渐变细的隔离条(19)在内型材(15)处具有比在外型材(17)处更宽的根部区域(29)。
