Abstract

Σακουλοποιητική μηχανή με βάση τη θερμοκόλληση πλαστικού φιλμ θερμομεταφοράς εφαρμόζοντας τρόπο καιαρχή συγκόλλησης που εξασφαλίζει την συγκόλληση πλαστικού φιλμ θερμομεταφοράς με βάση την ελεγχόμενη και σύγχρονη τήξη στην βάση ενός μηχανικού V συγκράτησης που σχηματίζεται από 2 δοκούς συγκράτησηςκατάλληλης γεωμετρίας. Η εφαρμογή του κλασικού τρόπου σακουλοποίησης ΦΛΟΟΥΠΑΚ στις μηχανές συσκευασίας, είναι αδύνατη λόγω της ύπαρξης των τυπωμένων μελανιών θερμομεταφοράς από την πλευρά των συγκολλούμενων επιφανειών. Το πλεονέκτημα αυτής της εφεύρεση έναντι της μεθόδου των υπερήχων είναι, ότι έτσι συγκολλείται το αναδιπλωμένο πολυεστερικό φιλμ (2) ακριβώς στα άκρα του χωρίς να προκύπτει ανάγκη χρήσης ταινίας φιλμ μεγαλύτερου πλάτους από όσο χρειάζεται για το δεδομένο μέγεθος διατομής του σωλήνα αλουμινίου. Πλεονέκτημα επίσης είναι το γεγονόςότι η κεφαλή συγκόλλησης είναι πολύ μικρότερου κόστους και με μικρότερο κόστος συντήρησης.
