Abstract
Στατικός κυλινδρικός διαχύτης αέρα πολυπροπυλενίου (Ρ Ρ) πολύ μικρών φυσαλίδων για αερόβιες και αναερόβιες εγκαταστάσεις βιολογικής επεξεργασίας λυμάτων, είναι διασπορέας αέρα ή αερίου σε υγρό μέσο διασποράς, με κυρίως πεδίο εφαρμογής τον αερισμό των λυμάτων σε εγκαταστάσεις βιολογικού καθαρισμού. Αντίθετα από τα γνωστά είδη στατικών διαχυτών, τα οποία παράγουν μεσαίου μεγέθους φυσαλίδες, ο εν λόγω στατικός διαχύτης (Σχήμα 1 - αρ. 1) διαθέτει έναν ειδικά διαμορφωμένο κώνο κεφαλής (Σχήμα 2 - αρ. 3) ο οποίος βοηθά στην επανακυκλοφορία των φυσαλίδων εντός του διαχύτη, αυξάνοντας την απόδοσή του. Επίσης διαθέτει επιπλέον πτερύγια στο εσωτερικό των πλαστικών κυλίνδρων (Σχήμα 3 - αρ. 4 και 5) τα οποία βοηθούν στην ομοιόμορφη κατανομή των φυσαλίδων εντός του διαχύτη, και επομένως μεγαλύτερο χρόνο παραμονής των φυσαλίδων σε όλη τη μάζα των υγρών αποβλήτων και επομένως μεγαλύτερη απόδοση. Στην υπόψη εφεύρεση βελτιώνονται και πολλά άλλα χαρακτηριστικά των στατικών διαχυτών, όπως η επανακυκλοφορία του υγρού στοιχείου μέσα από τον διαχύτη με προσθήκη ενός κώνου στην κεφαλή του διαχύτη (Σχήμα 2 - 3), καθώς και το πρόβλημα των έντονων κραδασμών κατά τη λειτουργία τους, συναρμολογώντας τα κυκλικά στοιχεία με σχετική θέση 60 μοιρών με εφαρμογή οδηγών και εγκοπών (Σχήμα 4 - αρ. 7 και 6). Τέλος, αξίζει να σημειωθεί, ότι βελτιώνεται η διαδικασία παραγωγής των πλαστικών στοιχείων με την εύκολη αποκόλληση των πλαστικών στοιχείων από τη μήτρα παραγωγής με χάραξη των ραβδώσεων (Σχήμα 5 - αρ. 8) στο εσωτερικό των κυλινδρικών στοιχείων.Static cylindrical polypropylene (PP) air diffuser of very small bubbles for aerobic and anaerobic biological wastewater treatment plants, is an air or gas diffuser in a liquid dispersion medium, with a main scope of application for the aeration of wastewater in biological treatment plants. Unlike the known types of static diffusers, which produce medium-sized bubbles, this static diffuser (Figure 1 - no. 1) has a specially shaped head cone (Figure 2 - no. 3) which helps in the recirculation of the bubbles within the diffuser, increasing its efficiency. It also has additional fins inside the plastic cylinders (Figure 3 - no. 4 and 5) which help in the uniform distribution of the bubbles within the diffuser, and therefore a longer residence time of the bubbles throughout the mass of liquid waste and therefore greater efficiency. In the invention in question, many other features of static diffusers are improved, such as the recirculation of the liquid element through the diffuser by adding a cone to the diffuser head (Figure 2 - 3), as well as the problem of intense vibrations during their operation, by assembling the circular elements with a relative position of 60 degrees by applying guides and notches (Figure 4 - no. 7 and 6). Finally, it is worth noting that the production process of the plastic elements is improved by the easy detachment of the plastic elements from the production matrix by engraving the ribs (Figure 5 - no. 8) inside the cylindrical elements.
