Abstract
Αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα αποφυγής περιβαλλοντικών επιπτώσεων και αντιμετώπισης δυσοσμίας και λιποδιάλυσης σε υγρούς θαλάμους, όπως φρεάτια και δεξαμενές αντλιοστασίων των δικτύων αποχέτευσης. Σκοπός είναι η αντιμετώπιση της ρύπανσης των θαλασσών και ρεμάτων από την υπερχείλιση των αντλιοστασίων, η μείωση της δυσοσμίας και η λιποδιάλυση. Το σύστημα περιλαμβάνει δεξαμενές για υγρό απολύμανσης (5a-Σχήμα 1), υγρό απόσμησης (5b Σχήμα 1) και υγρό λιποδιάλυσης (5c Σχήμα 1), καθώς και αντλίες δοσομέτρησης των προϊόντων (4a, 4b, 4c Σχήμα 1). Το διάλυμα εφαρμόζεται μέσω συστοιχίας καταιωνιστήρων (1 Σχήμα 1) συνδεδεμένων με φυγοκεντρική αντλία (3 Σχήμα 1). Ο έλεγχος πραγματοποιείται μέσω PLC (1 Σχήμα 2), το οποίο ρυθμίζει την αυτόματη λειτουργία με βάση αισθητήρες στάθμης (7a, 7b Σχήμα 2) και δύσοσμων αερίων, όπως υδρόθειο και αμίνες. Το σύστημα προσφέρει χειροκίνητη, χρονοπρογραμματισμένη και αυτοματοποιημένη λειτουργία, με δυνατότητα απομακρυσμένου ελέγχου μέσω SCADA ή Ethernet, και ενημέρωση χρηστών μέσω email ή SMS.Automated system for avoiding environmental impacts and dealing with malodor and fat dissolution in wet chambers, such as wells and pumping station tanks of sewage networks. The purpose is to deal with pollution of seas and streams from the overflow of pumping stations, to reduce malodor and fat dissolution. The system includes tanks for disinfection liquid (5a-Figure 1), deodorizing liquid (5b Figure 1) and fat dissolution liquid (5c Figure 1), as well as product dosing pumps (4a, 4b, 4c Figure 1). The solution is applied through a series of sprinklers (1 Figure 1) connected to a centrifugal pump (3 Figure 1). The control is carried out via a PLC (1 Figure 2), which regulates the automatic operation based on level sensors (7a, 7b Figure 2) and odorous gases, such as hydrogen sulfide and amines. The system offers manual, scheduled and automated operation, with the possibility of remote control via SCADA or Ethernet, and user notification via email or SMS.
