Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά σε σύστημα αυτονόμησης (120), ελέγχου λειτουργίας και αναβάθμισης συμβατικού θερμαντικού σώματος (110) σε έξυπνο θερμαντικό σώμα (100). Το σύστημα αυτονόμησης (120) δημιουργεί εξωτερικό κλειστό βρόγχο αποτελούμενο από αισθητήρες θερμοκρασίας (176) και ροής υγρού (150) εντός του θερμαντικού σώματος (110), αντλία μεταβλητής ταχύτητας (140) και θερμαντήρα υγρού (130), καθώς και μονάδα δοχείου διαστολής εμβόλου (190). Η λειτουργία του συστήματος ελέγχεται από ηλεκτρονική μονάδα ελέγχου (125) συνδεδεμένη με διακόπτη ενεργοποίησης, κομβία ελέγχου-εντολών και οθόνη (124). Η ίδια ή άλλη παρόμοια μονάδα ελέγχου μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για τον έλεγχο λειτουργίας συστήματος αποτελούμενο από περισσότερα του ενός θερμαντικά σώματα (110) και τη μετατροπή τους σε έξυπνα θερμαντικά σώματα (100). Το προτεινόμενο σύστημα αυτονόμησης (120) και ελέγχου λειτουργίας εξασφαλίζει τη βέλτιστη απόδοση των θερμαντικών σωμάτων (100), την οικονομία στην κατανάλωση ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, την προστασία του συστήματος από βλάβες και την προστασία όσων βρίσκονται πλησίον των θερμαντικών σωμάτων (100) από τραυματισμούς και εγκαύματα.The present invention relates to a system for autonomy (120), operation control and upgrading a conventional radiator (110) to a smart radiator (100). The autonomy system (120) creates an external closed loop consisting of temperature sensors (176) and liquid flow (150) within the radiator (110), a variable speed pump (140) and a liquid heater (130), as well as a piston expansion tank unit (190). The operation of the system is controlled by an electronic control unit (125) connected to an activation switch, control-command buttons and a display (124). The same or another similar control unit can be used to control the operation of a system consisting of more than one radiator (110) and their conversion into smart radiators (100). The proposed autonomy (120) and operation control system ensures optimal performance of the radiators (100), economy in electricity consumption, protection of the system from damage and protection of those near the radiators (100) from injuries and burns.
