Για την παρασκευή του πράσινου ψωμιού ακολουθούμε την εξής διαδικασία: Το αλεύρι που χρησιμοποιούμε αναμιγνύεται από μίγμα πολτού λαχανικών και αρωματικών φυτών. Στόχος μας είναι να πετύχουμε νέα γεύση, άλλο χρώμα και άλλες ιδιότητες.
