Abstract
Σειριακό κιβώτιο ταχείας εναλλαγής ταχύτητας, όπου η εναλλαγή των ταχυτήτων είναι δυνατή χωρίς την ανάγκη διακοπής της μετάδοσης κίνησης, ή απόζευξης του συμπλέκτη του κιβωτίου, ανεξάρτητα της περιστροφικής κίνησης με την οποία κινείται ο κινητήρας.Αυτό είναι εφικτό, αφού των διαφόρων ζευγών γραναζιών προτάσσεται πλανητικός μειωτήρας στροφών. Τα ζεύγη γραναζιών στροφών είναι διατεταγμένα σε δύο παράλληλες ατράκτους (2, 103), όπου στη μία τα γρανάζια έχουν μόνιμη σύνδεση μέσω κλειδιού (16), ενώστην άλλη η σύνδεση είναι ελεγχόμενη. Βάσει του τόπου που πραγματοποιείται τώρα η σύνδεση το κιβώτιο παρουσιάζει δύο παραλλαγές. Στην πρώτη ο κοινός παρακινητής που υπάρχει μπορεί να εξυπηρετεί εναλλάξ τα αμφιπλεύρως ευρισκόμενα γρανάζια (84, 85), ενώ στην δεύτερη η θέση ενός σφαιροκοχλία (141) μπορεί και επηρεάζει μια σειρά ακτινικών ράβδων ενεργοποίησης σύνδεσης (159), που διαθέτει το κάθε γρανάζι. Οι μέθοδοι σύνδεσης ανταποκρίνονται και στις δύο φορές κατεύθυνσης περιστροφής, παρέχοντας το ίδιο πλήθος σχέσεων μεταξύ πλανητικού μειωτήρα και ζευγών γραναζιών.
