Abstract
The present invention relates to novel analogues of tissue-specific antiestrogens, which show specificity for estrogen receptor as well as methods for producing the same. The new antiestrogens have the ability to act preventively and therapeutically against breast cancer, as evaluated by their ability to bind to two estrogen receptors, (ER) and (ER) and to exhibit antiestrogenic and antineoplastic action on human breast cancer cells and endometrium cells, and finally by their safety resulting from their effect on uterus weight in premature rats. The present invention relates to compounds of Formula (I), wherein R is defined in the description of the invention.
