Abstract
Περιγράφεται μέθοδος αξιοποίησης στερεών καυσίμων χαμηλού θερμικού περιεχόμενου στην παραγωγή ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας με μέχρι υπερτετραπλασιασμό απόδοσης κατά παραγωγική διαδικασία που λειτουργεί πλήρως χωρίς ρύπανση περιβάλλοντος. Η μέθοδος αναφέρεται σε στερεά καύσιμα θερμικού περιεχόμενου 800-3.000 Kcal/Kg που πυρολύονται κατά ποσοστό μεταξύ 30% και 80% και που αξιοποιούνται σε παραγωγική διαδιακασία που ορίζεται απο δύο αντιδραστήρες πίεσης λειτουργία σε σειρά τον πρώτο αιωρούμενης κλίνης όπου προωθείται η πυρόλυση στου 500-600ο μια αναγωγική διαδικασία που λειτουργεί έντονα εξώθερμα και εκτονωτικά και όπου το πυρολυόμενο θείο λαμβάνεται σαν υδρόθειο και έναν δεύτερο αντιδραστήρα σταθερής κλίνης όπου οδηγείται το ανθρακούχο προϊόν της πυρόλυσης σε θερμοκρασία 550-600ο και με πίεση 20-50 ατομοσφαιρών ή οδηγείται σε καυστήρα και καίεται με παραγωγή ατμού πίεσης. Στον αντιδραστήρα πίεσης λειτουργίας αεριοποιείται με οξυγόνο ή προς υδραέριο οξειδωτικά με το περιεχόμενο θείο εκλυόμενο σαν διοξείδιο του θείου. τα δύο αέρια καύσιμα ρεύματα αναμιγνύονται σε συνθήκες εξουδετέρωσης των θειούχων αερίων κατά αντίδραση Claus. Στην διαδικασία πυρόλυση-καύση του ανθρακούχου υπόλοιπου το περιεχόμενο υδρόθειο στα αέρια της πυρόλυσης εξουδετερώνεται με έκπλυση σε διάλυμα alkazit και με οξείδωση του υδρόθειου προς θείο σε μανάδα Stretford. Τα αέρια καύσιμα που παράγονται θερμοκρασίας 600-650ο αεριοτουρμπίνα στην παραγωγή ηλεκτρικης ενέργειας ή σε εναλλάκτη παραγωγής ατμού πίεσης και ακόλουθα μετά τον αποχωρισμό του νερού αξιοποιούνται σε αεριοτουρμπίνα με καύση ή σε ατμοτουρμπίνα μετά καύση. Η κατανάλωση στερεού καύσιμου με την προηγούμενη αξιοποίηση είναι 0,3-0,4 χλγ. καύσιμου /KW που χαρακτηρίζει τα στερεά αυτά καύσιμα σαν ανώτερης ποιότητας στην παραγωγή ηλεκτρικης ενέργειας που πρόσθετα και σημαντικά μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθούν χωρίς δημιουργία προβλημάτων ρύπανσης περιβάλλοντος.ω
