Abstract

Παρέχονται συσκευή και μέθοδος δια των οποίων παρασκευάζεται χιόνι σε εσωτερικό περιβάλλον για εκτεταμένες περιόδους. Εντός του εσωτερικού περιβάλλοντος αναπτύσσονται συνθήκες θερμοκρασίας και υγρασίας για να δίδουν την δυνατότητα να παράγεται χιόνι από ψεκασμό νερού. Οι συνθήκες αυτές διατηρούνται επί ένα εκτεταμένο χρόνο με τη χρήση μέσου θερμικής αποθηκεύσεως. Το μέσο θερμικής αποθηκεύσεως ψύχεται σε μια χαμηλή θερμοκρασία με ψυκτικό το οποίο ψύχεται με τη σειρά του από συσκευή καταψύξεως. Το μέσο θερμικής αποθηκεύσεως χρησιμοποιεί μια μάζα σχετικά υψηλής αγωγιμότητας υλικού μέσω του οποίου κυκλοφορείται το ψυκτικό και το ψυκτικό χρησιμοποιείται για ψύξη και ξήρανση αέρα προς εκφόρτωση εντός του εσωτερικού περιβάλλοντος. ω
