A bracket for securing a mast to a chimney has two saddle-shaped limbs 1, 2 of strip steel pivoted by bolts 30, 32 to rotate about a line joining the extremities of limb 2 so that the assembly can be folded flat, limb 1 having extensions 9, 10 with U-bolts 21, 22 to clamp the mast and the limbs have apertures 36, 37 for attaching chimney lashing end bolts. A bracing bar 29 is provided.
