Abstract

970,929. Burners. JUNKERS & CO. G.m.b.H. Sept. 18, 1963 [Sept. 27, 1962], No. 36737/63. Heading F4T. A housing 15 for a gas pilot burner 10 and two holders 16, 17 for a lighter 11 and a thermoelement 12 are formed integrally with a flanged mounting plate 18 adapted to close an aperture in a gas heated apparatus. The lighter 11 is either a spark plug or a heater filament and the thermo-element 12 is connected -to a thermoelectric safety device. The pilot burner may have two gas ducts of different cross-sectional area, one of which can be shut off.
