Abstract

957,807. Circuit assemblies. STANDARD TELEPHONES & CABLES Ltd. Jan. 11, 1963 [Jan. 18, 1962], No. 1890/62. Heading H1R. [Also in Division H2] A junction box, in which the inner and outer conductors of coaxial cables are connected to L-shaped terminal tags 32, 33, 34, is mounted on a printed-circuit board 35 which also carries components 36, 37, 38, 39 and C-shaped terminal tags 40, 41, 42. The enclosure tags 32, 33, 34 are connected to tags 40, 41, 42 by way of the printed tracks and circuit components, and the tracks may be interrupted, Fig. 3, to allow brass bridge-pieces such as 56, 57 to be interposed in order that the track current may be measured by a surrounding current probe 58. Alternatively, parts of the board may be cut away (Fig. 4, not shown), for the same purpose.
