Abstract

The invention comprises the compound of formula: <FORM:0942876/C2/1> and its acid addition salts; also its preparation by treating with an agent for splitting off water the compound: <FORM:0942876/C2/2> which may be first prepared by the process of Specification 942,877. Pharmaceutical compositions comprise the first compound above and/or its acid addition salts together with an inert carrier. Oral and parenteral administration against asthma, dysproea generally and allergic conditions are mentioned. The compound inhibits histamine and serotonine and is anticholinergic. Specifications 829,763 and 829,764 also are referred to.
