921,700. Ventilators. HILLS (WEST BROMWICH) Ltd. April 13, 1959 [April 11, 1958], No. 11506/58. Class 137. A light-excluding ventilator comprises a pair of opposed channel-members 1, 2 with a baffle-plate 8 between them, the members and baffle-plate being secured to top and bottom plates 10, 11 so as to form a rigid box, having openings 7 at front and rear; the channels have returned flanges 6 and the baffle has similar flanges 9 so as to make a labyrinth. The box is insertable into a wall or ceiling aperture and flanges 13 upstand from the edges of the box for fixing purposes.
