Abstract
The invention comprises compounds of the formula <FORM:0893898/IV (b)/1> (wherein R is hydrogen, alkyl, dialkylaminoalkyl, (N-morpholino)alkyl or (2-pyridyl)-alkyl, each alkyl group containing at most 5 carbon atoms) and acid-addition salts thereof when R is not hydrogen or alkyl; and their preparation by reacting 3-indolyl-succini acid with urea, 1,3-dialkylureas or the amine NH2R. Examples are given and salt-forming organic and inorganic acids are referred to. Specification 893,899 is referred to.
