Abstract
886,831. Roofing. COOKSON SHEET METAL DEVELOPMENTS Ltd. Dec. 1, 1959 [Dec. 9 1958], No. 39753/58. Class 20(4) A corrugated metal roofing sheet has each rib 10 closed at the eaves end by a sloping wall 16 and each trough 11 closed at the ridge end by a sloping wall 14, the sides of the ribs and troughs having inward folds 29, 30; 26, 27 adjacent the sloping walls. The ridge end is bent upwardly and inwardly to engage with the hooked edge 35 of a ridge cap 18. A drip edge 36 and flange 37 at the eaves end engage with an angle-section flashing 19; alternatively the flashing may be integral with the sheet.
