A hanger for insertion in the waist band of trousers comprises a flat member moulded or stamped from a sheet of plastic and having an integral suspension hook 4 and parts 1, 2 provided with fingers 6, 7 defining recesses 5 to receive buttons, loops &c. on the inside of the waist band.
