Abstract

850,055. Automatic exchange systems. TESLA NARODNI PODNIK. Aug. 23, 1957, No. 26685/57. Class 40 (4). In an arrangement for stepping a switch by interaction of its magnet M and a relay R, the latter in operating operates M which connects an opposing winding R2 in series with the main winding R1 of the relay R so that the latter releases immediately so completing a re-energizing circuit for R1. However, R is rendered slow to operate by the short circuit of its winding R2 until M releases, thereby enabling the release of M to take place before R is reoperated. A plurality of magnets M, M<SP>1</SP> may be stepped in synchronism by this arrangement.
