Abstract

828,029. Rollers. MOUSTGAARD, A. Oct. 21, 1957 [Oct. 23, 1956], No. 32771/57. Class 6(1). A vibrating roller is connected to a tractor by means of a drawbar formed in two parts 4, 5 the part 4 being attached to a tractor hitching stirrup 1 and being pivoted to the part 5 by a vertical pivot 7. A shaft 12 is mounted co-axially with the pivot 7 and is provided with a gear 11 co-operating with a gear 10 mounted on a shaft 9 connected to the tractor power shaft by means of a universal joint (not shown), a shaft 3 and coupling 2, and a gear 13 co-operating with a gear 14 on a shaft 15. The shaft 15 is provided with a gear 17 which co-operates with a gear 18 on a shaft 19 which carries a pulley 20 connected by a belt 21 with the vibrating unit in the roller.
