Abstract

824,295. Tags for key rings. GILLESPIE, P. J., and IRISH GOODWILL NOVELTES Ltd. March 16, 1956 [May 16, 1955], No. 8254/56. Class 73 A tag for attachment to a key ring comprises a backing 1 of opaque coloured plastic sheet material located between two facings 2, 3 of transparent plastic material which are sealed marginally to the backing sheet 1 along a portion 4 of its periphery, the facings and backing being apertured at a coincident position 5 near the unsealed portion 7 of their peripheries. A slip of paper, card or the like bearing information or indicia is inserted in each of the two pockets formed by the backing 1 and facings 2, 3 and the ring 6 passed through the aperture 5. The ring 6 serves to retain the paper slips in the pockets, but if desired the pockets may be permanently closed by sealing the portion 7. The ring 6 may comprise a double loop.
