803,386. Indexing. KALAMAZOO, Ltd. June 26, 1956 [July 29, 1955], No. 21952/55. Class 16 Indexing means for loose leaf binders, card systems, letter files or the like comprising a tab 5 slidable along a strip 4 attached to a sheet 3 or card, is characterized by the strip 4 incorporating on one of its faces parallel longitudinal ridges of bulbous, dovetail, tee or other appropriate section for slidable and interlocking engagement with a complementary strip 6 secured to the tab 5. A cover strip 7 may be secured to the sheet 3 to overlie the strip 4 and tab 5 to prevent undue flexing of the tab.
