507,910. Weighing-apparatus. FEREDAY, C. A. Dec. 20, 1937, No. 35217. [Class 143] In weighing-scales of the kind inwhich a pivoted beam and one or more bars arranged adjacent to the beam to form a parallel-linkage system are enclosed in a base housing, one or more indicator bars are pivoted to the scale pan carriers and extend towards the middle of the scale base housing when the free ends are exposed behind a suitable aperture. As shown indicator arms 19 are carried by the bearings 15 which are pivoted to the beam 10 and connected to the parallel bar system 17 by uprights 16. The indicator bars 19 are provided with discs 21, pointers or the like arranged behind a suitable aperture 20 in the base 18, a sighting plate 22 being provided.
