402,659. Cigarette &c. cases. LANGHAMMER, A., LANGHAMMER, B., LANGHAMMER, M. (trading as SCHENK & KURSCHNER), Thal-Krels, Eisenach, Germany. April 13, 1933, No. 11127. Convention date, Sept. 20, 1932. [Class 18.] In a cigarette or cigar case comprising two shells a with a separate holder d for the contents k articulated thereto by levers h so that, when the case is opened, the holder is drawn upwards, the lower end of the holder is disposed in a guide f which ensures that it moves on a line bisecting the angle between the shells, and the guide is resiliently connected to the hinge of the case by a curved metal strip g. Transverse partitions are provided in the holder to keep the cigarettes, &c. upright.
